This is the best place to buy espresso-based drinks and whole bean coffee in Halifax. The customer service is great. Highly recommend the latté.

The best Latte I have ever had. Smooth, creamy and delightful. The espresso bar itself is sleak, timeless and effective. I am hopeful that Weird Harbour will become a staple in the fluid environment which is Barrington Street. The owner was extremely friendly and personable, which encourages me to return. A wonderful experience in all aspects.

Absolutely love this little cafe - a real espresso bar with delicious drinks, consistently good tunes and the friendliest owner. It's right beneath my work so it's become part of my daily routine (sometimes three times a day). I've never had a bad or even mediocre coffee here, ever. It's where I've been taking people who are relatively new to coffee as the best possible introduction.

First beautiful espresso bar I've found in the city. The owner/operator Dan is very friendly which makes stopping in a pleasure. Check it out next time you're looking for a coffee on Barrington.

Weird Harbour is a fantastic little cranny and will likely be on of my favorite destinations in the downtown core. This is just what Barrington needs right now. Great coffee, friendly service and a gorgeous interior.

This is a quality coffee spot! They serve a lighter roast espresso that has delightful citrus notes. Highly recommend the Cortado. The latte is also fantastic.

On a short, but productive trip to Halifax, I stumbled across this coffee shop. So glad I did. Baristias are well trained, friendly, and make amazing classic espresso drinks. Thanks for the amazing espresso during my trip in Halifax! ☕️❤️ PS I quickly got addicted to the morning breakfast bites also!

Awesome tiny coffee shop. Service is also s-tier, and makes me want to be a barista because of how chill and friendly the staff are. Have had all manner of lates and coffees here and are all delicious. Baked goods also slap. Very fun little hole in the wall, highly recommend.

Absolutely professional and high-quality third wave espresso bar in downtown Halifax, possibly the best overall service and coffee experience we had during a week-long trip to Nova Scotia. Excellent beans (mainly Detour Coffee Roasters from Ontario), both decaf and regular. The baristi were all excellent, efficient, friendly, and knew how to pull fantastic espresso shots while steaming and frothing milk to perfection. Highly recommend a visit, though there is nowhere to really sit as it’s mainly a take away café; the focus is on quality coffee, not a sit-down dining experience. A superb spot for coffee for Haligonians and visitors alike!

Amazing chai, a bit expensive but really well made. We went to grab coffee there almost every day during our stay. It’s very good. There’s no chairs or stools to sit while you drink your coffee which is unfortunate. However, it still has a lot of potential. Maybe someday we will be able to sit again.

The baristas were incredibly kind and accommodating. The vanilla and matcha lattes were both delightful, and I really appreciate the subtle addition of sea salt to their cookies. The small size of the place makes it convenient for a quick coffee or treat stop.

My latte had a fabulous design but the coffee itself was too floral for my taste. The staff were great and it is a cute street store.
