This place is amazing. We were visiting from Edmonton. We had the rainbow iced tea. We liked it so much we came back again and bought tea to bring home. My kid says they like it even more than Atlantic Splash Adventure or the Harbour Hopper.

I enjoyed my visit here so much. The server was so kind and helpful. She even got my husband, which is a self-proclaimed non tea or coffee drinker to have tea! She was patient and listened carefully before making recommendations based on his flavor profile favorites. I wish we had something like this at home!

Was thirsty, walking around on my cruise and was not aware of this place. Wife and I happened to go in and loved it. Had the Moroccan Mint, a Blueberry Pomegranate and a Coconut Cocoa iced tea. Tried all 3 and loved it! Very friendly and courteous, definitely recommend. Priced very well!

Absolutely delicious tea here! The selection is amazing, there's a tea for every type of moment, feeling or celebration. I got Fruit Berry Blend and Turmeric Zest in Iced tea form with some sweetener and it truly made my day! The shop itself is lovely with space to sit inside and out. I also appreciate the owner who truly loves and cares about the tea they are offering to customers. I highly recommend anyone who enjoys tasty drinks to try this place out!

This tea house is awesome🥰 I drunk Chocolate Monkey, Rare tea and Tea Hot Chocolate with Spiced Chai. First, we felt smell and drink. We want try all tea. We must come again to drink cold beverage in Summer.

We went into the World Tea House to escape some rain, and it was a pleasure to visit. The staff member was extremely friendly and really knew all the answers to any questions we had. When asked to recommend a tea fitting a very vague description he delivered and it's one of the most unique (in a good way) mugs if tea I'd ever had. As a chance visit it couldn't have been better and would definitely return deliberately if I'm ever back in the city.

Phil is a great guy who sells even better tea. I haven't been disappointed by any of the over 50 bags of tea I've purchased from him.
He's always a great in suggesting tea when you come for recommendations and keeps a nice atmosphere in the shop if you want to pop by for a cup of tea.
I cannot recommend this place enough.

The World Tea House has been my number one tea shop for years now. You can walk in and chat with Phil about anything tea, as well as his experiences exploring and sourcing the very teas that sit on his shelves.
I carry around a few types in mason jars most of the time. I like to get people to smell them before I brew up a blend to share. The quality of Phil's products are hands down the best teas I have ever come across. they are organic, fair trade and have no synthetic fragrances or flavours. i constantly recommend The world Tea house to people when the topic of Tea comes up.
The vibe at the shop is totally it's own. Wonderful place to hang out and relax. I feel like a valued member of this tea house's community, and you won't find that when you walk through just any business' doors.

Such a cute little tea shop! My husband and I both loved our drinks (he had an oat milk candy cane tea latte and I had a bowl of matcha tea). The staff were very nice and friendly.

This place is sweet and small and it has more tea selection than anywhere else in the city! I always take my tea loving friends here when they visit Halifax. I appreciate that tea that you take to go is always made fresh and you can see how each one is steeped specifically for each type and blend. The owner is always kind and pleasant to talk to. Love this place!

We love this shop! They always have a great selection of ethically sourced teas that are delicious. The friendly owner will even make you special blends if you ask. We always keep a supply of their special "Singers Tea." This is one of the best reasons to visit Halifax!

The owner, Phil, is a wealth of knowledge and has helped me so much through tea brewing classes. I love the atmosphere of the shop, and it was a favourite study place of mine when I was a student. The teas are all high-quality and flavourful - even now that I’ve moved out of Nova Scotia, I still have a resupply of tea delivered annually because I can’t find any I like quite as much. Their earl grey lavender, pumpkin spice chai, and after ate are my personal faves!

Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I never got any fancy drinks but they always looked good and there were some really interesting sounding flavour combos. I think my fav tea was the raspberry green tea. Try smoked tea!

I get all my tea here. Service is excellent. All the employees are full of knowledge and know a lot about tea and cultivation! I did the Tea 101 tasting and learned a whole lot! Highly recommend it to any groups of people who want to learn more about tea! Owner Phil has travelled the world to sample and select teas and will answer any question you have on the subject! My favorite tea house in Nova Scotia.
