My visit was great, and the service was on point.
I ordered three dishes, and the entree was okay, but Bun Bo Hue and Pho were at their own league. Extremely close to what you could get in Vietnam. Portions were decent for 18 dollars. I wish they could add more meat to my food, but everyone needs to make money, I know.
If you want something that tastes good, is authentic and affordable, they are worth your visit

Attended this restaurant after a friend’s recommendation! Delicious pho, but it’s very important to know that when they write “spicy” on the menu, they really mean it. Ordered the spiciest pho on the menu and was only able to eat a quarter of the bowl before my mouth was too swollen. Most painful meal ever, but such a delicious flavour. The space is a bit crowded, though the service is excellent. Can’t wait to go again and order a less spicy dish to fully enjoy the experience!

I’ve been going to this restaurant for a few years now and it absolutely NEVER gets old. I drive up from the valley just to eat here. It was the first place I’ve ever tried Pho and it is unbeatable to this day. The staff have always been so sweet. For example, the last time i was there, it was just me and a friend. The waiter told us to sit wherever so we sat at a 2 person table. However, he encouraged us to sit at a 4 person table so we can have more room; has any waiter ever done that for you?
They have always valued their customers. The food is absolutely incredible and the cozy restaurant makes you feel at home immediately. I love bringing friends here and teaching them how to eat Pho. I could go on about how amazing this place is, all day long. I have never felt so passionate about a restaurant. Thank you for the amazing meals and memories ❤️

I am a frequent I Love Pho customer, mainly for their Pho and Bun Bo Hue. I highly recommended both, they taste very good with decent portion. The restaurant itself is small but cozy, and the waiter is always helpful and friendly.

This is the best Pho I've ever had! The portions are huge and the service is excellent! I had one bowl inside and bought one to go, too. I also had their rolls, very delicious and fresh! Definitely coming back with my family!

Great place to eat traditional Vietnamese food! You can tell that the Pho is made fresh using fresh ingredients! Very tasty soup! The sandwich brought me back memories! It’s like as if you were in any vendor in Hanoi! Delicious!!! Highly recommended!!

They have the best pho and fresh rolls I've ever had in the entire city! The portions are more than generous. one bowl of pho is so massive it could feed two people. The food sis always flavourful and delicious. I'd recommend this place without hesitation. It is one of Bedford's best kept secrets.

I’ve thought a lot about posting this because I don’t like to tear down a local small business, but this terrible customer service experience has really stuck with me, so I figured I should share.
Back in October we ate at I Love Pho for the first time. I ordered seafood pho and the seafood was so grossly overcooked that it was completely inedible. Like chewing rubber. I've never done this before, but I actually sent it back. I was shocked when they refused to take it off our bill. I returned the entire uneaten meal.
The manager refused to come out and talk to us, making the poor server deal with us (we were as nice as possible, not her fault). Finally, they agreed to take the item off our bill, all the while insisting, "This is how it's made/how it's supposed to taste." There's no universe in which squid/scallops/shrimp are supposed to be rubbery. You cooked it wrong!
Anyway, all said and done we left without paying for the damn soup, but the damage was done. They could have handled it differently and we probably would have gone back again to try something else (the appetizers were very good). But after that experience, they've lost us as customers for life. Not impressed.

Never had a bad experience here, and every person I've recommended here has been more than satisfied after leaving.
Obviously if you've never had this type of cuisine before, you might have a hard time adapting to the different dishes, but if you want to try something different or enjoy Vietnamese food, this place is top notch.

Although our waitress didn't speak the best english, she was super friendly. The beef Pho was flavorful and fresh; served with sprouts, lime, chillies and cilantro. Cashew chicken was perfect. I also had the Vietnamese espresso with condensed milk and ice . Best coffee ever. Definitely give this one a try! You won't be sorry.

The food is tasty. The beef pho had a broth that was delicate and rich at the same time. It had A nice presentation and generous portion. The service however is lacklustre. We were seated at a dirty table and I stained my shirt on a dirty menu. Our server was really busy and I appreciate that, but a smile and a bit of eye contact could go a long way in improving this dining experience

Food is average, management is terrible. Picked up our order only to bring it home and realise half of our food wasn't even in the bag. Management wouldn't do anything for us!!! Paid almost $40 for broth, will not be returning. I love supporting local but why would you ever test your customers like this? Very disappointed!!!!

visited with my family, we all loved our meal. Service was great, Vietnamese coffee with sweet milk was delicious. We had pork bun, Mongolian beef , Red beef Curry and the special Pho. Amazing flavours from the exotic spices and herbs. we loved the huge plate of bean sprouts and lime and mint brought before the meal. we will certainly go back.
