At lunch time we had a spaghetti with meat sauce which was excellent, and a steak breakfast which was good. We were also pleased with the service and surroundings. I would certainly have the spaghetti again.
Edit: Later visits were even more creditworthy and warrant a five star rating.
Great food, good service. I am looking forward to trying the breakfast on the weekend.
A staple between my better half and I. Great food, fair prices, classic restaurant feel and fantastic service. We always leave nourished, happy and full.
Ordered their Jimbo seafood platter, it had grilled haddock, golden Digby scallops, clams, calamari, grilled shrimps. The seafoods were fresh, cooked to perfection. The Nine Locks dirty blonde was very good. Service was excellent.
We had a good time here reuniting with some old friends and this was a pretty good to do so. The food was pretty good but nothing special. The fried foods were a bit soggy and the wait times were a bit long but the waitress was friendly and patient with us.

Just ordered through DoorDash , I got the hot turkey 🥪 and all I gotta say is “WOAHHHHH” the chicken gravy was so unreal, honestly wanted to drink it.😆 turkey was so fresh and delicious, the mash potatoes were like grandma made them ! Overall amazing 🤩 been going to Jim’s for awhile and it hits eve
Wonderful place! The waitresses are so friendly and accommodating. Seafood platter is very tasty and filling. Got coconut cream pie for dessert and it was so light and fluffy. Window seat provides a beautiful view of the harbour.
A very casual dining experience. I ordered the seafood platter and the donair plate. The sweet potato fries were too soft and limp imo and didn't have enough crunch; perhaps double frying would help do the trick. The donair plate was pretty good although a little confusing to eat with the pita sitti

Me and my partner went to Jims on Friday and had Fish & chips. Fish was nice and crispy, not greasy and the fries were hand cut. The fries were not piled high on the plate, which I liked. Recommend this place! They could upgrade their chairs though, pretty creaky.
Thank you for wonderful meals. Service above 5☆, food 5☆, price 5☆. As for quantity, big potion, I couldn't finish my meal, raincheck on homemade coconut cream pie 😋

What a nice place to dine! Excellent food, a beautiful view of the basin along with great friendly staff makes a wonderful place to go! Highly recommended! PS I even got to see one of my students from a number of years ago. Will definitely be returning.
