Very nice French bakery. The Zaatar croissant was very nice. Interesting choice for breakfast, I would have tried so many things. Unfortunately they didn’t have any oat milk left but I enjoyed the almond milk turmeric latte I tried. Staff was very friendly. Bread is delicious. Go early if you want t
It’s my first time to dine here. This apple nest is tasty and not too sweet. The price is reasonable.
I recently visited LF Bakery, a quaint and hipster pastry shop, and I had an amazing experience. As an authentic French patisserie, their chocolate croissants stole my heart. The taste and quality of their pastries were exceptional, easily earning a 10/10 rating. During my first visit, there was min
My experience was 5 star. The staff was very accommodating. The selections were wonderful, so I proceeded to get several for my morning breakfast. The pecan maple pastries mini-pie, the blueberry beignet, and the apple tarte. Awesome! Coffee was delicious! Enjoyed the experience on the outside deck
Nice bakery with various things to try. I didn't enjoy blueberry tart but almond, chocolate croissants were crispy and delicious. You gotta to adjust coffee yourself with milk, cream, sugar there to your own taste and veg.milk is not extra charged - big plus. There are few places to sit, just around
You know LF is special when there is a line up outside their door on Saturday morning @ 8 am in -9 weather with cold wind. I got Almond Croissant, Custard Tart, and a Chocolate Tart ......all heavenly. Im going to try their bread(s) and Baggett(s) next time, the aroma alone is amazing. Please never
Great pastries and latte. The plain croissant and the goat cheese/olive pastry -my favorite- were great. The cinnamon tourbillon and apple nest were good as well. Friendly and helpful staff. Paid street parking is free before 8AM.
Pros: Loved the palmier, chocolate croissant, cinnamon bun, and vanilla custard tart. Staff is friendly enough. Cons: A bit pricier than other bakeries/cafes. Parking is a challenge. They run out of pastries pretty quick, though. I’m not sure if they bake them all day. I hope so! I’ll ask next
Best croissants and peppermint mocha I have ever had! The peppermint mocha was made from real chocolate and I was able to substitute with almond milk.
The staff here are incredibly kind, sincere, and thoughtful, and the food is delicious! I visited bakeries all over Halifax and Dartmouth during my trip out east, and LF Bakery was easily my best experience, with the tastiest food and the best staff. I had spent all day looking for almond croissan
High quality and delicious pastries, and very reasonably priced. We wish we had picked up a few more on the way back to Toronto - but are glad we at least have a baguette going home with us!
Delicious croissants, also other french pastries. Especially croissant ! We were traveller, wanted eat good food in Halifax for breakfast. I read reviews ( ⭐︎5)yes, i can say 5 start but customer service is not great….
What a lovely spot! Smells and feels exactly like a bakery should. The staff are friendly and cheery and the caprese sandwich was delicious! I will definitely be back to try the other goodies.
Super great vibes here, friendly staff, busy spot and smells great when you walk in!
Our favorite bakery in Halifax. My husband adores the almond croissants, I like bread and milk burns
Nice varieties of baking, delicious, and testy. This bakery 👌 is different and unique 😋. The baking is very special 😋 delicious 😋 😍 The back deck is refreshing 😌 🙌 😍 specifically on early morning 🌄 👌
Their coffee is delicious! Had their Latte and it was pretty strong. The raisin pastry was okay…if you can get something else like a croissant 🥐 go for it!!
Absolutely delicious! It was difficult to pick a pastry because they all looked so good! The butter croissant was super flaky. This is the place to go if you want authentic French pastries.
The Best Bakery in Halifax - make no mistakes. There is often a long lineup at 7:30 am. I even caught Santa and Mrs. Claus wanting LF croissants instead of cookies on Dec. 24.
