I'm no authority on European authenticity of baked goods, but I don't think that matters with how tasty and fresh the food always is. I've heard from other people this place is legit if that matters

Visited Guelph for the first time this week and was told we had to visit Eric the Baker. When we got there croissants were coming fresh out of the oven. AMAZING! We will be coming back here anytime we are in the Guelph area! Don't forget to bring cash-they don't accept debit/credit.
