Just addressing some of the issues from previous comments.Especially in the summer when the restaurant is crazy busy. things happen. Before you decide to blame the restaurant for other customer issues, think. Some customers are just plain gross and will leave a bathroom in bad shape. they get checked every hour or so and cleaned thoroughly later in the evening. Sometimes it is later because of business. I have been here many times, every restaurant gets things wrong it happens, but to go in and blow up because you had a pickle left on is crazy. If you bring it to their attention, they will fix it. This restaurant does not have a pull forward option, if you want an ice cream and someone is ahead go in. I have never seen anyone make an ice cream and leave it for 5 minutes, I watch all the time. I will say that sometimes they giggle, there is a lot of young girls who are working their first job, do you remember what that is like? Be patient. Kindness goes so far when you are trying to get something fixed. I have worked in fast food. Customers are never kind to people who are serving them, I have had people swear at me, blow smoke in my face and throw things at me. You never know what kind of day someone is having.
