Excellent food and lovely people! I don’t even care that much about natural or organic blah blah. But the food here is really tasty! I’ve been eating may around Gaspesie and this is one of the best!
For lunch, I tried a wrap, soup, and the loveliest pastry with smoked salmon on top. Everything was superbly made and well balanced, especially the salmon piece. It’s so much more than your usual smoked salmon on bagel or whatever bread you use. Very creative chef!
If you are in to natural food, healthy snacks, holistic meals and the finest of local products this is a place not to be missed. The business is a healthy foods café style restaurant combined with a small but very well stocked health food store containing an almost endless array of health oriented foods. Do not pass on the desserts. Enjoy! :) :)
I always go there for iced coffee but end up buying loads of things I don't need! They have the best spice collection.
