Delicious Za but my absolute fave dish on the menu is the spaghetti and meatballs, great service and friendly atmosphere. I order my lunch frequently and its always hot and fresh when I go to pick up. A+

I give this place a solid 5! I love coming here and now that they have switched to full service it's even better. Another plus is my 6 year old thinks it's pretty awesome he can see into the kitchen and watch when the cooks toss the pizza dough in the air. One of my favourite things to order is the Don Andreas (without chicken). I'm also a huge fan of their tomato bisque.
I can't go to Grande Prairie without having one of these wonderful prosciutto and real mozzarella pizzas! Try their desserts also very yummy! The decor is casual and they are open late also.
Amazing food and staff. I can't say enough good things about this location. The staff is super friendly and nice! I've never had any issues with my order and the food always tastes amazing. Keep up the great work :)
I can't believe how amazing this food is! I have lived here awhile and I can say this is the best in town for sure! Great atmosphere excellent service! I will be coming back very soon!
I want to thank the staff at Famoso for the most generous act of kindness on my first visit to the grande prairie location. I had just been through the most unpleasant unforeseen series of events when I walked in. I figured a pizza might brighten my spirits. In the end after one of my favorite meals I ended up departing with laughter, tears of gratitude and hugs from the staff. Thank you so much famoso for more than just the best pizza in town
People complain about "why did my pizza take 6minutes to be done" when they say "the 90 seconds rule". Ok it takes 90 seconds to cook the pizza in the oven after the dough is stretched, cheesed and topped with ingredients, then gets plated and cut. Service is awesome, you can seat anywhere you want you dont get rushed to order, pizzas were great plus the desserts its a great place to hangout with friends get some drinks but is also family friendly!
Good pizza different from run of the mill pizza
Been there twice now. The first time we had pizza. I'm sure it is much more like an authentic Italian pizza- much fewer toppings and very soft thin crust. It was okay, but nothing to write home about. We decided to go back to try the soup and salads last night. We started off with amazing wine, and then our dinner order got lost. Especially since the place is new, I'm sure they have kinks to work out but it's not fun being the people waiting. However, once our barista realized something had gone wrong, the manager was right over at our table. We expected maybe a comp dessert or something, but they took care of our whole bill. We had wine, amazing salads, to die for soup, and a couple desserts and they took care of the whole thing. I don't remember the last time we got customer service like that in GP. I will definitely go back because they obviously care about their customers. Anyone who goes there should try the tomato bisque and the dolce and banana!
Been to Famoso now 5 times and its been an amazing experience every time. Service is always great. Best in GP and that's hard to come by. I think the owner recognized me because she gave us a desert on the house :-) 5 out of 5 stars for me.
