Cute cafe at the square!! We just had coffee and date square there while visiting town - liked the location and ambiance..
I would love to be back there on the next trip to Goderich.
Nice cute little cafe on the square, great selection of coffee’s, teas and hot chocolate and a great little lunch selection too. I had the Cuban Panini which was fantastic! Worth stopping in for a coffee and a snack.
Never heard of cold drip before, so I had to try it. It was very good, flavourful and well balanced. Their regular coffee is very good too, we also ordered chocolate croissant and date square. Everything is tasty as expected.
Check out the cold drip device photo I posted, it takes 24 hours to make it, amazing innovation.
Came into Goderich for a work assignment and I wanted to find a local place to have lunch and after a quick search, Cait's Cafe came up! The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was there and their breakfast sandwich on a croissant was a tasty lunch and the portion size was perfect. Plan to visit again when the weathers warmer and will stop by again.
I absolutely love this place. The staff is so very friendly, outgoing, bubbly, and make you feel comfortable and make good recommendations when you’re not too sure what to order. (As there’s a lot of great choices) I love walking up there in the mornings for a flat white with hazelnut. The experience is like no other, there’s 1 place in Goderich where you can get the comfy/relaxed vibe, bring in a book or your laptop, and be able to drink the best coffee ever. It’s here.
Food is delicious, the hot chai latte is spicy and flavourful but the iced chai latte is very different! Flavours are lacking, it basically tastes like sweet milk only. So, I'd recommend hot chai instead of iced. Cait's Cafe is always a stop when we are in town, because the croissants are so good. However, both times we visited this past trip we were not impressed with the service when ordering. The staff member was rude when responding to our questions about our order. We did make note that it was very busy but we did not feel welcomed.
Cait’s Cafe is a gem in Goderich. The perfect place to grab a drink and lunch to picnic by the beach. We had the Arnold Palmer and the Elderberey lemonade, both tasted delicious! The decor inside is really cute. The service was also so accommodating- they were about to close but still offered to make us the croissant sandwiches we really wanted to try. Sandwiches were 10/10! I would imagine everything on the menu is good. This place is a must-visit in Goderich, highly recommend.
