Ordered two panzerotti, after eating most of the first we noticed neither had any cheese, even though the employee that took my order said they came with cheese. Called them back and they offered to send me an entire meal. On the house to make up for it! I told them we only wanted one as we already ate one, and they sent us a free lava cake out of the blue with an apology written in the box! The food was actually amazing and the customer service was admirable, definitely getting my money again!
