Review Tim Hortons - Gatineau

Tina Darlene
In a world where coffee chains seem to be taking over every corner, Tim Hortons is a refreshing change of pace. It's a haven (pun intended) 😋 for coffee lovers seeking a genuine experience, from the first aroma that greets you to the last sip that leaves you longing for more. If you're in search of a place to indulge in the art of coffee, Tim Hortons is an absolute must-visit.

It’s my first time coming here spontaneously. Very friendly service. I ordered a large ice coffee and it was delicious!

Line up inside was on the long side, so more open cahiers would be great. Otherwise consistent coffee and bagel joint!

Good service, but a very busy location. You may be waiting longer than you expected because of the sheer volume of customers. During rush hour, going inside might be a better option than using the drivethru. Orders always seem to be correct and without problem.

Tim Hortons is popular, drive-through is always busy, I prefer going inside , somethimes is quicker.

The drive-thru staff is friendly and efficient. It takes no more than 5 minutes to go through the car lineup in the morning rush. I can trust that I will always make it to work on time. Keep up the good work!

It's always fast and my orders are always right. The only thing I would like is for the staff to be more friendly. I only go drive thru that one so I don't know if it's clean inside but the parking lot and garbage area is usually clean.

I love their staff and the location because they always provide the best service not just to any ordinary people but people with disabilities, too. I thank their time, patience and understanding with someone like me at the drive through. Best service all around.

Popular place, long car line ups and in person. Was quick all the same. Was able to get services in English and French.

Normally there is too much cream cheese on bagels but mine had barely anything... otherwise would give 5 stars.

Fast friendly service and the bonus is that they have bilingual employees so that I can place my order while driving in Quebec as I am fully English :)

Place was busy, as site down the hill was closed due to short staff. Staff were pleasant and order was accurate.
