Fries were mediocre but club sandwich was awesome. Friendly staff. Very busy place. Small bathroom. Didn't see a change table. Good atmosphere. I'd go back. Typical pub. They have smaller size pints!

Great pub in hull with delicious food, highly recommend the burgers! The fries are awesome and they give you a generous amount of them.

Welcoming play when you walk in. The ambiance is very confortable too. And the decor is fantantic and very clean. The sexy staff is very nice and polite. The food je great.

Alex the manager is amazing and the service was to die for. Food was incredible and the drinks reasonably priced. Definetly coming back again and again.

Overall, great experience! My gin-sangria cocktail was huge and refreshing. I ordered the tacos and was not disappointed. it came with 3 big fish tacos and fries. I got the sweet potato fries that were so delicious and they came with aioli! We sat outside on the terrace, which has a fun vibe but it started to rain so our server moved us inside!! Our waitress was super attentive and kind! Highly recommend!

Great food, but the service quality is inconsistent and spotty, depending on whom is working. Also, really turns into a bar after supper about 8:30 so if that is your vibe, great. We were there for dinner, and things got a bit loud paying our bill and trying to leave. Would go back though.

This is a fantastic place to meet friends or socialize for happy hour! The open terrace at the back of the restaurant makes it ideal for dining considering the ongoing pandemic. Our waitress Amanda offered stellar service, great recommendations on craft beer and made our friendly reunion a memorable one. I will be returning very often with others pour répandre la joie du Bon Vivant! Thanks for everything :D

Just had a beer each here. Service was fast and food smelt good going by 😋 The pub is a bar and not baby friendly but they were quick to come up with a solution. Would definitely return here to have some drinks and eat on our night off from Parent duty.

It was nice being there today for a staff member's last day. Nice ambiance and fast service. The meals were fresh and the drinks tasty. The high end pub is reflected in the slighty over average prices too. Overall, it was a good experience.

Brutally slow (1.5 hours for food to come out at lunch) and no remorse from the management. I will cheer when it goes belly up. I certainly will never set foot in there again.

Horrible soirée! Nous étions un groupe de neuf personnes. Le temps d’attente pour recevoir nos breuvages était interminable. La serveuse à déversé le contenue complet d’une pinte de bière sur deux de nos invités par accident. Leur vêtement et manteaux étaient complètement mouillés. La serveuse s’est excusée mais elle n’a tout de même rien enlevé sur la facture. On a du insister pour un dédommagement. Le gérant ne s’est jamais pointé et il c’est contenter d’offrir un maigre 50% sur une consommation écrit à la main sur la facture et rajouté un montant suspect que la serveuse n’a pas été en moyen de nous expliquer. Nous avons du attendre encore plus de 20 minutes pour finalement payer notre facture. Deux invités ont commandé un club au poulet ce qui ressemblait plus à une sandwich au poulet et celle-ci sortait directement du frigo. Au moins je peux dire que les frites étaient bonnes. Bref le service était extrêmement lent, le personnel pas spécialement courtois et un gérant cheap!

I stopped in for a quick lunch, the service was quick and the burger was great. I would definitely recomend stopping in if your in the area.

Had a great waitress but we got moved twice and after the second time we moved, about 3 different waiters came over and asked us to move AGAIN and they weren't even our waiters. If they really cared for our business, they wouldn't be so rude to their guests and treat all guests the same.

Customer service - Fail. My friend made a reservation 4 days in advance for the patio. When we arrived we were told they did not accept reservations for the patio yet no one had bothered to call my friend back as requested. We were told the patio was first come first serve basis. So we said we would sit on the front patio at one of the 4 empty tables. The host said they were taken and when we asked where they people were he said they had gone to the bathroom. So we sat at an inside table and watched the patio. After a few minutes my friend went back up to the front and said the tables were still empty and questioned where the customers were. She said that 8 people could not have gone to the bathroom at the same time. The host then responded that no 2 people had asked for the tables to be held for 5-10 minutes for a group. So my friend said but you said you didn't reserve. We walked out of the restaurant without ordering. What type of place lies to a customer and then continues with more lies when called out on the first one? I will never go back there again and I will be sure to spread the word to the many government workers in the area.

Wanted to chew arm off. The food was decent but the wait was not. We had a lunch reservation and were squeezed into one of the last tables. Admittedly, the place was packed but considering menu substitutions were not allowed, 45 minutes to get some salads, wraps and fries is a bit extreme. Once the food finally came it was hard to tell whether it was tasty or we were just desperate. Regardless, enjoy the ambience if your company is engaging and your stomach can wait. Just don't expect fast (or even average) kitchen service.
