Got exactly what was ordered and the service was great, but will definitely try to avoid this location during lunch time as it was overrun by high school students and the wait for drinks took way longer than usual.
I couldn’t get pick up my mobile order since the road was blocked off so i went back after work and the girl was so kind and remade it for me even though it had been hours since i placed the order <333 i was so sad when i wasnt able to pick it up right away but the girl who helped me made my day so much better:)))
My usual routine when I go into the office; service was quick and friendly and my latté was delicious!

Very well organized. An attendant at the entrance is organizing traffic to ensure a maximum number of patrons are inside and patrons must stand on designated spots. For ordering, the usual plexiglass are in place and contactless payment is working well. After paying, waiting patrons stand at designated spots on the floor. When all spots are full, cashiers stop taking orders to avoid crowding. Very responsible. Starbucks employees are provided with fabric masks. All staff wore a mask.

I recently visited Starbucks, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello from the barista. The ambiance was perfect, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee was delightful.
I ordered a latte and was impressed with the barista's attention to detail. They carefully crafted my latte, and it was not only beautifully presented but tasted delicious. The quality of the coffee was evident, and I appreciated the effort that went into making my drink just right.
What stood out to me the most was the level of customer service I received. The barista went out of their way to ensure my experience was exceptional. They even took the time to ask how my day was going and make some friendly conversation. It made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer.
Overall, I highly recommend Starbucks for their excellent coffee and exceptional customer service.

Most of the staff are super friendly, go frequently enough and they will remember your order, name and other details. Special shoutout to Juan for excellent customer service, you can tell that staff are happy and productive when he's around.

If you feel like waiting 25 minutes for a coffee, this is the place to be. I recommend the drive through, they seem to prioritize these people more.
The place is hit and miss but if you are not in a total rush, they'll gladly make it right. The drive-thru is very fast and convenient. I'm still giving it a 4/5 because it's usually excellent.
