Review Subway - Gatineau

I just stopped in at this Subway because it's the only one thats open past 8pm. Online the hours are listed as open until 9pm. When I arrived at 8:20 the open sign was on as well as all the lights and there was a cashier inside but the door was locked. I tired knocking on the door and even calling the store number to see why I couldnt get in even thought the open sign was on and the hours listen at the door said open until 9pm but I got no response. I'm very upset at this unprofessional service, if you're going to close early then at least turn the open sign off

Ordered 16 sandwiches on the spot, they made them all without a fuss, great staff and very helpful. As always, Subway is a great goto place for a healthy meal at reasonable prices, especially for student budgets.

Clean location. Employee made a small mistake on my order (in my favor) and the floor manager gently reprimanded her in fro t of me ... bot something that should be done in front of clients. It wasnt a harsh reprimamd but still not wntirely appropriate in front of customers.

The lady behind the counter extremely efficient, nice, polite, a sweetheart. The service is sometimes slow understaffed
