Exceptionally clean and inviting atmosphere! I typically feel a little uneasy at fast food spots, but this A&W was a delightful exception. Tables were spotless, the restroom was super clean, and Brittany at the till provided exceptional service. Kudos to this location for their high standards—I hope others, including competitors, take note and strive for the same excellence. Thanks a lot!
Food was good. I ordered the chubby chicken burger. I felt it would come with lettuce / tomatoes and pickles but it didn't have any. Service was good and courteous but I had to go back a couple of times as they had forgotten the condiments and the fries. I ordered the Chipotle/ Mayo sauce and it came in a small quantity for .70 cents. Lol. The stores in the US offer condiments for free and in unlimited quantities. I find that weird in general for all the fast food joints - Not just A&W alone.
Breakfast sausage combo is quite delicious I find it better than McDonald's or Tim hortons reasonably priced and the potatoes are very delicious as well and apple fritter Taste like the ones they used to have at McDonald's in the old days
Pretty much just seeing what others have said so far about this location. The staff is very efficient and the service is stellar. Food is always warm and the order is always on point. Inside the restaurant is very clean so I can’t knock any stars from my final verdict. 100% I would recommend this location. Keep up the great work.
So this morning, we ordered from A & W via Door Dash. We got our food in a good amount of time. On the app, you can tell when the driver is close to your house too. I would order from here again. I had great experience! The food tasted delicious!!!
All other fast food restaurants should learn from them, polite, fast service and clean restaurant. Awesome staff.
This location is just amazing. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is always warm and fresh. The order always accurate. For a fast food joint, this location takes pride in their service. We’ve placed an order here for 6 adults and 4 kids at one time, NO ERRORS. None! The entire order was exactly as requested (including the ones with specifics such as no tomato or onions etc.). I’ve also run into a situation when I ordered ahead of time for pick up and when I got there, nobody knew where my order was. We quickly realized it had simply been misplaced with the Uber Eats/Skip the Dish orders and without hesitation or ask the manager took it upon herself to just re-do my order so it could be warm/fresh. I don’t know if it’s great management or great employees (probably both) but bravo!

Fresh fast food that is usually on the mark. McDonald's could learn a thing or two about making burgers from A&W.
Today we ordered at the restaurant… no wait what so ever. Excellent customer service from staff very professional and absolutely incredible.. we had a very large order to be more specific we ordered for a total of 131$ of food. They didn’t make any errors everything was perfect… it was still hot when I got home… Wow wow wow superb service we ordered Sunday April 3 rd around 5pm you know how to hire staff because of that we now don’t even go to McDonald’s cause they can’t even make an order correct… missing patty, for get the fries, wrong soft drinks the list goes on….
