Great place to eat, salads are a must try, love the hot cocoa drinks, made with actual cocoa, energizing!
Coffee is great, fair trade too. Employees are polite and cordial and the owners are charming and really care about making people happy.
Love this place. They encourage local artists and artisans by displaying their works and products. Which creates a very unique atmosphere. Interesting and continually changing decor.
They also have newspapers and magazines to read. That is an eco-friendly option, since each paper is read by numerous people.
For fun, they also have a great choice of board games for all ages.
It is a lively and friendly place.
Some say it is pricey. I say you get what you pay for. Quality has it's price. And I'd rather patronize this place than the large chains.
The only draw back are the fall-winter closing times. Way to early. Do not understand this decision.
This place used to close at 21:00 all year round, and there were lots of people going there after supper for dessert with friends.
Pretty good coffee and service. Weekend brunch and waffles are good. One of the best breakfast sammies around, a bit pricey tho. Check out this gem in Old Aylmer.
Always have a great time here. Service is great and so is the food. Avoid 10am -noon if you're really hungry otherwise there could be a wait. Probably best breakfast in Aylmer.
I come to Aylmer to visit a friend who moved here for work (government jobs FTW). This is a great local diner with affordable, great breakfasts. I always favour non-chain restaurants with a diner feel. The most non-assuming restaurants are often the best. This is a great place. The service was great. The coffee was good. Exactly what I wanted from a diner breakfast experience.
Everything was excellent and served fast. Sometimes you get breakfast near lunch time and it isn't made fresh or not as good as earlier in the day. Even though it was basically noon everything was cooked fresh and perfect. No mistakes, everything was right.
One of the last true greasy spoons... worth the visit just for their REAL home made potatoes with breakfast. Friendly service and clean. Will return!
We ordered two meals. Chicken and waffles and the western burrito.
The food was excellent. Clearly the ingredients were fresh. And the one packaging worked perfectly. Food wasn’t soggy or wet.
My stomach felt great afterwards which is another result of service fresh quality ingredients.

Found this place on Skip the Dishes. It is by far the best and most consistent breakfast when ordering for delivery. Food is great , large portions and just so tasty!

I was not really impressed. Although the quality of the food is acceptable, and so is the service, the prices are extremely high for an average product. It looked to me that this was more expensive and less quantity (no fruit at all) than any other breakfast restaurant. I was kind of dissapointed.
