Review Brulerie Aladdin Roastery - Gatineau

I just discovered this wonderful place and it will surely become one of my favourites. The atmosphere is very cozy and well designed. The staff is very helpful and polite. They gave me specific recommendations as per my taste preference and I bought some coffee beans to try. The food was yummy and portions were good. I have one advice for the owner of the place. When we order a latte or any espresso drink, you use only one kind of blend. If you had at least one more choice which has no acidity, you would deserve 6 stars. Either this, or an option for us to have a latte from the beans we buy would be a cool concept. While it will be a little extra work, I would happily pay the extra premium for your efforts.

Great little coffee shop. Has sandwiches and cakes. I had a pumpkin spice latte and a lemon cheese cake, which was to die for. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. Also they offer a wide variety of soups.

Went there for a lovely relaxing coffee and had a lovely time. The later feels a bit stronger than other places, full of flavour and not just a milk shake. Was real impressed with the paninis.

It is a wonderful cafe that has an amazing selection of coffee from around the world! They have fresh paninis, and the service is beyond your expectations. My fiancé and I come every morning for our coffee and are always treated very well and served fast. Love this spot. Keep it up!

If you care about coffee and quality, this is a great spot to source organic, fair trade beans. Most beans are about 18-20$ per pound and you can mix, as you like. We went for a blend of the Sumatra Dark and Light and got it ground to suit a French press - they’ll grind it for you too. Their sandwiches are grilled hot and served with a side of veggies or chips. Try the Shawarma sandwich and a slice of raspberry yogurt cheesecake, which was decadent and not too sweet. French and English speaking staff who went the extra mile to make our experience great and answer all our coffee questions! Recommended for a coffee date - business or pleasure!

Got the ham and Brie sandwich and a matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla syrup. Latte was so tasty! The sandwich had lots of Brie and the couple bites with fig were absolutely perfect. Box included a beautiful portrait of my cat. 10/10 recommend

Great place. I have been a frequent visitor for the last 1.5 yrs. Everything here is tasty. The coffee beans are really nice here and the pastries melt in your mouth. If your looking to by a sandwich I recommend the Ham & Brie sandwich.

Before I walked in, I noticed a cool coffee machine in front of the store. There was outside seating with benches and sofas which is kinda neat. The coffee shop had Contemporary ambiance and nice furniture. There was lots too look at. I ordered the cold brew coffee, it was inexpensive. I’d come back here.
