Best coffee chain in Canada. Real quality coffee. I have no idea how Starbucks low quality coffee took off and Second Cup didn't. If you know what good quality coffee is, you'll choose Second Cup every time!

Great Café, cozy, comfy atmosphere. Owners are on-site so it give you that homey feel! The coffee is great, lots of selection and they can make you anything you want even off menu! Staff is friendly and up beat. Excellent service!
I just had your ham & cheese croissant, the employee heated it for me, and i asked for ketchup and mayo and she found some, which i appreciated very much. That sandwich was delicious! Thank you for that space in time, i was happy in my world for a brief moment. PS: good coffee, it was "awakening".

The staff and ownership at this second Cup Cafe is second to none. I have been to cafes all over the region and if yet to feel the Cozy and homey feeling I feel when I enter the second cup in the mall. Aside from that second cup Gatineau and this location has the best service
