Review Pizza Cafe Tache - Gatineau

We had an unfortunate experience, however I truly appreciate how the owner took in charge and went above and beyond with customer service and sent us our order with extras delivered to our door. He sent us extras baklava treats and 2 pizza rather than one. The pizza is amazing and I’m really glade everything was perfect. Best pizza in Gatineau and I will return :) thank you for everything and making it into my best experience!

Best pizza in Hull. This sesame seed crust is the one to beat. Poutine, chicken wings, and Greek salad are excellent. Gold Standard customer service. The owner, Mr. Tanyeri, personally responds to customer issues, so I can always count on Café Taché to deliver great food for my family. This level of customer service puts other pizza places to shame. They also have a rewards program for online orders that adds a lot of value for repeat customers.

I don't write many reviews but this one deserves it. Hands down best pizza I've had in YEARS. Sesame seed crust was a pleasant surprise. Nathan's spicy sauce is pretty good. Not as spicy as expected but it's still very much delicious. Worth the drive!!

Loved the ability to online order and the staff was really easy to communicate and pay with. Pizza was delicious. Only thing to note is that the online ordering system may not notify you when it's done. Just run in and check .

I wasn't patient enough to take pictures of the delicious pizzas when I order them. I just dive right in. I have consistently received delicious pizzas. There hasn't even been one that I didn't enjoy. Whatever type of pizza I ordered. Also the staff is incredibly nice and helpful.

For a middle-tier pizza spot in terms of price, this is so far the best we have discovered in the Ottawa/Hull area. The Sesame seed coated crust really sets it apart. Overall, great selection of high quality toppings, perfectly balanced in terms of quantity to make for a flavorful pizza without being soggy. The dough has some heft to it so it is more filling than the fancier thin-crust spots such as heartbreakers and pizza nerds. To top it off, great fun to play a cheap $2 game of pool/billiards while you wait for the pizza to cook. Will definitely be coming back.

THE BEST pizza in town, hands down. Everything is always cooked well and tasty. They make a unique pizza crust with sesame seeds and always include a homemade garlic sauce.

We've often ordered the delicious pizza there but this was a first for sandwiches. The cheeseburger and veggie panini were great. Homemade bread and fries! Veggies panini had grilled peppers, onions, mushrooms and cheese.

Lovely pizza, sesame seed on the crust is a game changer. Came with a free garlic dip and a 40cent upgrade to large (Monday on Labour Day). Good customer service

Clean spot. Could not ask for better. I had a club sandwich with fries, possibly best one I've ever ordered. Staff was incredibly kind and service was a1. Possibly a hidden gem of the area. 10/10 will be back again and again.

Different, Turkish crust with sesame. Great price and friendly owner and chef. Have been coming here for two years now. My fav is the half chef special (spicy chicken) and half pesto chicken.

Great neighborhood pizza joint. Not too doughy, nice fresh toppings, and the same crust is fantastic! They offer an awesome variation of topping combinations and I'm looking to trying out more of them.

INCREDIBLE PIZZA. I've never had pizza with sesame seeds on the crust, but I will now never go back to eating anything else... delicious! Their homemade pizza dip is included and it is the BEST. Be aware though that this code on your pizza box will not work as it is old. You need to create an online account with their website to get the deal.

This is my favourite pizza place. The sesame crust is beyond tasty. The owner is so kind and cares about his customers. I have been eating here for years and will be a loyal customer for life. If you have not tried the food- you are missing out. DONT WALK…RUN! 🤤

Great customer service and good pizza. There was an issue with ordering and they went out of their way to assist. We will be returning customers. Hot tip- you can order directly through them for delivery.

The pizza was amazing, the crust had sesame seeds and the crust turned so tasty after eating it. It only took about 10-13 minutes for my pizza to be ready which is faster then most pizza places.

First time ordering there we chose a large greek salad (11.80$) and a chicken breast plate (10.95$ with fries and sauce) + large special chef pizza. <br/><br/>When the order arrived (1h20min later) we received a small salad (very small, and no dressing!?!) with sliced chicken on top. Confused, I called the restaurant and they said that was the size of a large salad, and what I ordered wasn't on the menu, so they improvised! I said this wasn't acceptable (they should've at least called me, not join 2 plates which were supposed to feed 2 people + we didn't want either of the replacements we got) and they sent us back a plate of fries with sliced chicken on top. On top of it all, the pizza was lukewarm.<br/><br/>Overall very bad experience, I had heard so many good comments on them, I guess I dealt with a new employee or ownership, because this felt very amateur. <br/><br/>The pizza was VERY good tho (heated), I would probably go back to pickup, but not delivery, unless they make changes.

FANTASTIC pizza! Also their paninis are delicious, made with homemade bread. Service is great, super friendly. They have Wi-Fi, you can just hang out and have a nice cup of coffee. My new hang out place :)

Such a great place! Newly reopened, the decor is not why you go to this place. These guys simply have the best pizza in town! The owners are really nice and they make everything from scratch. Breakfast is good and they also have Mediterranean options. Try the pizza, you won't regret it!

Warm welcome. Don't be put off by the inside or the surroundings. The staff is beyond friendly, accommodating, and super chatty. The Pizza is made fresh to order on a thin crunchy crust. I ordered the meat-lovers on a whim and it was so loaded with toppings, the thin crust could barely handle the weight. Crunchy bacon. Ham. A ton of pepperoni and cheese with very tasty tomato sauce! Tip: get your pizza to go and walk to the beach nearby! <br/>

Fantastic visit at Pizza Café Tache. As soon as you enter the place you get a warm welcome. Your order gets ready relatively fast. Especially their pizzas are very tasty. Especially I strongly recommend their gourmet pizzas. You won't regret. In addition, the staff is very friendly and kind.Lastly, their prices are very reasonable considering the service and taste.

A hidden gem!. Great service and delicious food! The pizza's are unique and inventive with great combinations made to order. I went with the garlic lover's pizza and it was so good. Will be a regular. Oh and the addition of sesame seeds on the crust - aaaamazing!

Discusting! Please never go there!!!. Nasty food! Ordered a club poutine to go ..got home no chicken in the club and the poutine was frozen fries with can gravy topped with almost no graded cheese! Fries were not cooked. Never gonna go there again! <br/>Please Dont waste your money on this ...

Great Pizza, great Staff!! For a reasonable prize the best Pizza experience you can ever have in Ottawa! Rich, and fresh ingrediens always and Sesame seed covered crust gives the last touch to the Pizza. Loved it!! Dont forget to ask for garlic dip!

Sensational addition to the neighborhood - have tried several pizzas and have never been disappointed. The ingredients are fresh and plentiful (the bacon is amazing) and the garlic dipping sauce is above average.
