Review Scores - Gatineau

Awesome location. My first time there, and the host and server were awesome ,food was delicious with a good menu with a variety of selections, and the service was efficient and fast. I will definitely recommend it if you have never been or want to try delicious food for affordable price

I came here with my mom. We don’t speak any French. Our server was accommodating, kind and lovely. We ordered the salad bar and I forgot how good it is! I haven’t eaten at a scores since 2010. The chili and toppings was my favourite. I won’t include any pictures of the absolute mess I made of cheese but it was delicious and the fresh fruit options were just that, fresh. Staff came to monitor and change buffet items frequently which was nice to see. The buffet was tidy and stocked well. Server brought me multiple refills. It was a nice experience to have a staff who is so attentive. I can’t wait to go back and build several plates of nachos and salad again!

Lola was our server and she was a delight! Our food was delicious and served quickly considering how busy the restaurant was. We will definitely visit again the next time we travel to Quebec!

The lady who served us was amazing! That service combined with good food is a receipt for happiness. We picked the portugaise chicken which was good. Personally was not a fan of the side sauces but my friend liked the original sauce not the spicy one. Would definitely go back.

The food was hot and fresh. Finally found a good waiter, who was respectful of the fact that we spoke English. Very patient and helpful in guiding me to choose a delicious dish. Enjoyed my time with my sister there. We will definitely be back.

Food is good, large portions. Service is excellent. However some of the seats needs cleaning or replacement.

The food was great and the beer was cold. Fast service too. I will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to all my friends in the USA. The people was friendly and spoke good English.

This branch has a great atmosphere and super service with a fantastic staff.. The only thing is that the roasted chicken is not what it used to be in Scores (NOT only this branch, but unfortunately it became a trend across a lot of other Scores branches since 2017), despite that, I still enjoy going to Scores... The salad and soup bar is fantastic as usual even though it is not free with the main order as it used to be, but that is ok and I hope they freeze the price for a long term.. Finally, I would like to thank the staff and the manager for their great service... Keep it up

Delicious meals, if you come be aware that meals are fairly large and suggest not getting the salad bar if you aren't planning on eating lots

I rate this restaurant and chain 2nd behind St. Hubert. The prices are good and the bonus is the salad bar. I alway sfind the chicken dryer than St Hubert. However it is a good restaurant just not worthy of a 5 star rating. The ribs are good here. The service is hit and miss

The prices on the salad bar has gone up quite a bit, still great soups, chilli, nacho sauce, lots of choices for salads

I have a new found love for Scores - the food is absolutely amazing! The portions are a perfect size and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of your meal. The restaurant is beautiful and the all you can eat soup and salad bar has a great selection to choose from. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. Gatineau is very lucky to have such a wonderful restaurant in the heart of the city.

Good food... but... red wine � should be served at room temperature, not in a freezing cold glass.

We went there yesterday not to good the server was not bad .......butthe rice tast like nothing and we order dessert and miss a piece ........wow not to good ???????????????

Nous étions un petit groupe de 8 personnes et on a pris tout des plats différents et nous étions tous satisfait. Le meilleur fish & chips en ville. Très bon service. Bravo Scores Gatineau boulevard Maloney.

Le nouveau menu est super mais surtout les cornichons frits ils sont excellents!

service rapide. salade fraîche en libre service et une viande d'une tendreté hummm je reviendrais avec des amis. seul bémol pas de bières spéciales mais on ne peut pas tout avoir et ça je le comprends. même le plus difficile de mes garçons à vidé son assiette. la qualité des frites était proche de nos frites belges chapeau !!!!

Je suis extrêmement déçu de la qualité de la nourriture que j'ai eu au Score blvd Maloney... poulet très sec et gout bizzare , pas acceptable - riz trop cuit... les salades avait mauvais gout - l'eau n'était pas consommable... mais le serveur était super gentil , serviable et compéhensif... Déçue....Ne recommande pas du tout le restaurant

Malgré l'achalandage du Samedi soir moi et une amie avons été servie très rapidement. Tout était excellent comme d'habitude. Merci à notre serveuse que j'ai oublié son nom , mais nous avons bien rie avec elle. Elle me trouvait coquine de faire des petites side joke. Nous avons eu bien du plaisir et un très bon service.

super service et la nourriture delicieuse et j'adore le nouveaux décor du Scores a Gatineau la seul chose j'aimerais dans salade bar dans les vinaigrettes qu'il aurait la sauce tzatziki :)

Tres bon service .... ma blonde voulait une telle sorte de salade qu'elle aimait mais ils ne la faisaient plus ... notre serveuse est aller demander au cook ... et il se souvenait comment la faire et il l' a faite ... bravo ... notre assiette est arrivé 2 min apres ... bravo Shannel

Merci tout le monde qui ce sont déplacer hier , on avait reserver pour 25 personnes et au moin 35 personnes etait la, j etais mal a l aise car je savais pas ou et si le restaurant pourrais nous accomoder car c etait deja plein, Bravo a l equipe du restaurant Scores du 1000 Maloney ouest, ça pas pris de temps que tout le monde soit placer et assis tout dans la meme section, des gens qu on avait pas vu depuis longtemps qu on considere de la famille, des gens qu on voit souvent encore dla famille, la conversation, la nourriture, le service, Tout etait parfait et tout le monde as eu du plaisir ! Merci Encore tout le monde et Viva La Familia!

Service excellent. Nous étions un groupe de 50 dont la moitié était des enfants de 10 ans et nous avons été servi vraiment rapidement et avec le sourire. Si bien que 90 min plus tard on sortait du resto. À 50 personnes c'est impressionnant. Merci! #BorealRouynNoranda #tournoiASMA #soccerteam

This wast the worst experience I had at a restaurant at a very long time. Almost everything that could go wrong did. Basic drink orders were mixed up. Waitress forgot to put order in and made us wait over 45 min. And the only reason we know this is because we asked. She Never checked back to see if we wanted refills. Three of 6 plates had mistakes. Two of the plates had cold rice and or chicken. We had to ask for cutlery. The only consolation was free desert! We chose to go there unread of Buffet des Continents due the the wait...mistake!

Ma femme et moi sommes allés manger le 24 septembre pour le diner. Ma femme a choisi l'option table d'hote (qui vient avec une liqueur douce et un dessert). Nous avons du demander a la serveuse Johanne (ou Joanne-je peux lire la facture car elle est un peu effacée) pour tout. Elle n'est venu demander qu'une fois au debut du repas si tout allait bien et elle est revenue pour la facture bien longtemps apres. Ma femme a du demander son gateau et je lui ai remarqué qu'elle n'a jamais offert de remplissage pour la liqueur. La nourriture était bien mais la serveuse nous a pas vraiment "servi". Malgré ceci, je lui ai quand meme donné un pourboire. Désolant comme expérience.
