Review Le Quai Saint Raymond - Gatineau

We had the lunch special. It included a soup, a salmon tartare and a slice of pie. Good food and service. Nice ambiance. Plenty of parking.

I enjoyed this restaurant so much. They had some fun options on the menu, clean, classy, beautiful, ambience, and best of all excellent service. It's rare to find a place in Canada that has excellent customer service. I didn't take lots of pictures unfortunately but the crème brûlée and the cheesecake were lovely and everyone on the table enjoyed their mains. I had the beef tartar and the French onion soup both delish. My friend enjoyed the salmon tartar. My other friend enjoyed the pescadore.

A bit too loud at dinnertime but fantastic at lunchtime.Friendly staff. Great place to have meeting or conduct interview. Ample parking. Easy to reach location.

It could be a good 4.5 but for the video poker gambling machines. The food is good and the fries are excellent.

Greeting is not Always perfect but overall a nice spot with decent food selection at a reasonable price.

Very much enjoyed this restaurant. Extremely friendly service with a nice ambiance and laid-back environment. Feels like a family restaurant. The food was very good, with an excellent selection of desserts. Will return.

I want to keep this very simple, I've been eating fish & chip in most of the pubs in the NCR rigion for over 40 years and I can definitely say with certainly that Le Quai make the BEST F&C by far........promise!

Tartare dishes are my favourite here. A bit too loud at dinnertime but fantastic at lunchtime.

This is actually good sea food location which is basically at the second floor of the building. Place is clean, good with decoration, friendly personal, good food portion and nicely clocked. Price could be just slightly over then in some other locations however, you wont quite big difference. I did feel that service is not quite fast which could be related several points such as kitchen or customers volume.

My girlfriend is not a fan of seafood so she got the vegetarian pastas but I had the Tuesday's all you can eat mussels and fries and they were amazing. Tasted 3 different variants and my favorite was the Toreadore (tomatoes, saffron, cream). The fries are amazing but a little too salty. Service was great even if the place was full.

Excellent souper: le saumon était parfait, bonne portion, superbe rapport qualité/prix et le gâteau au fromage, c'est le meilleur.

Un peu déçu de ma dernière expérience sur l'heure du lunch. D'abord, 3 serveuses différentes aucune ne présente le menu midi et les promos avec la bière et le vin du moment. On se trompe dans ma commande et en plus on me dit : oui mais tu vas voir c'est super bon pareil sans même me proposer une alternative.

Nous célébrons nos anniversaires en famille, c'est notre Resto favori, très accueillant, belle déco, chaleureux, et la nourriture est excellente. En plus situé dans nitre quartier. Longue vie au Quai xx

J'ai vraiment adoré mon expérience. J'attendais un ami donc je me suis assis au bar où j'ai pu siroter une bonne bière. J'ai bien aimé la clientèle que le Quai attire. Bonne balance au niveaux des âges. J'ai mangé la côte de porc Nagano; Wow, cuisson parfaite et mon ceasar du quai était fabuleux! Excellent service et j'ai bien aimé l'ambiance. Superbe renovations, un petit bijoux dans Hull Merci!!

Le Quai fait parti de nos places chouchou! Nous avions un souper d'affaire ce jeudi et aucun regret d'avoir suggéré cet endroit pour discuter business dans une belle ambiance et repas. Excellent service, que dire de l'ambiance, suggestion de vin et repas toujours si bon. J'ai plusieurs coup de coeur mais disons que le plat "Pescadore" est sublime.

Excellent repas et service ce soir au Quai. Les acras étaient extra! C'était ma première visite, mais certainement pas la dernière.

Beau décor, service attentionné, plats délicieux, frais et abordables ! Entre amis ou pour un souper romantique, l'expérience du quai donne toujours envie d'y retourner. Contrairement à d'autres restaurant nous sommes sur de n'être jamais déçu.

Je suis aller a Quai au moins 10 fois dans les derniers mois, j'ai toujours eut un excellent service ainsi qu'un excellent repas. Tres belle ambiance.

Very nice place, the decor was chic and cozy, but not too fancy. The bar is gorgeous and brings the whole place together. Food was delicious, warm and arrived quickly. We had lobster dip with each a choice of tartar (beef and salmon). Shoestring fries were seasoned and crispy. Very tasty. However Portions were smaller than we anticipated... they do have AYCE mussels and fries on Tuesdays so that would definetly be worth it.

I was a regular. Suddenly, one lady staff says "We prefer you don't come here anymore. You make people uncomfortable" based on something I did with my computer on a prior visit. That's none of their business. I sat alone, didn't cause trouble and kept to myself. If you dine and use a computer they'll watch and inform the entire staff. How else could they know. All reviews on Le Quai website were French and only positives, a sign of bias. I made a review in English requesting WiFi but denied, discrimination of Anglophones. A friendly/honest business doesn't operate that way. Le Quai's staff gives the impression they are glad when you leave. I can't believe I tipped these people. They should give me my money back. Part of being a server is putting up with nonsense from clients, not for clients to conform to them.

Vraiment déceuvant! Menu est très limitée, et à changé beaucoup depuis la dernière année. Le service n'est plus ce qu'il était! Malheureusement je vais attendre quelques mois avant d'y retourner... En espérant des changements majeurs!

Love it!. Elegant and modern decor. Amazing food, everything we had has always been delicious. Great salmon tartare as well. Can't wait to go back.

Whent there on April 19 for drinks and some food. Wine was excellent, we order the beef tartar, parlla mussels and fries. I loved it and would recommend it to everyone. I will be back and try other iteams on the menu

Le menu du midi est pas trop mal 16$ pour des fish&chips. De l'exterieur ça l'air douteux, mais le décor à l'intérieur est accueillant.

Heureuse Decouverte. Le menu est sain, délicieux et à prix très abordable <br/>Loin du Resto-Bar Les Raftsmen.... décor beaucoup plus sophistiqué - cependant le niveau de bruit était un peu trop élevé à mon goût<br/>Le service était impecable, souriant et patient<br/>Vraiment formidable

Service by all staff especially Krystal was really good. Food was delicious, portions were huge, dishes were hot and presentation was very appetizing. Will go back there soon!
