Who would've thought the best pizza in town would be located in a basement? Friday night and the place is buzzing with both takeout and eat in orders . Hand crafted and not your ordinary blah pizza. The pear blue cheese walnut and spinach special was especially delicious. The staff is rocking it non stop and yet the service is friendly and courteous. I have found my new favourite pizza place. Don't forget to tip, these people work hard!
I love the so super fresh ingredients on the pizza & there's nothing like the flavor of the smoke from the wood burning oven ...
and of course the friendly staff makes going so fantastic
I recommend the Spicy pepperoni all meat pizza !

First of all: BEST PIZZA IN F'TON. Period. Ok, now for the more detailed review: the place is warm and cozy, perfect for those who like to feel at home. The beer and drinks are adequate to go with the pizzas (remember that it's a pizza place, not a bar/pub). And, finally, the pizzas are made there, in front of you, from scratch and they're delicious. Perfect timed in the stove, the dough was everything we were looking for. Congratulations again to the cook and the whole staff. The place is all run by women and maybe that's why it's SO GOOD! It's become our favorite pizza in town.
Just had the 3 Little Pigs and now I’m writing this while sitting in my car, in shock at how incredibly delicious it was. Probably the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. If I lived here I’d keep coming back until I’ve tried everything on the menu.
This was the gastronomic highlight of our trip to the east coast. Located in the basement of the Charlotte Street Arts Centre, this restaurant is literally a hidden gem.
We had the pear and blue cheese pizza and the Mediterranean pizza. The crusts were thin, cooked to perfection, and highly digestible. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I can honestly report that these were two of the best pizzas my family and I have consumed outside of Italy.
Nice pizzeria, located in the basement of an older building. Seating is limited but they do get a lot of takeout customers. The pizzas were great. My son and I both ordered a 10 inch pizza, his the all meat and mine the pepperoni. The pizzas are baked in a brick oven after being prepared after you order it, so baked fresh! We both thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas, which looked bigger than 10 inches. You can order them spicy or mild. We both had the mild one, which was spiced to perfection for our taste. Definitely highly recommended if you have a pizza craving. 😁
BEST. PIZZA. EVER. I used to eat in at the restaurant before COVID where staff were always friendly, even when busy - which they always are because the food is amazing!
I have ordered takeout throughout the pandemic, followed their food truck around to various patios on weekends, and treated myself to their croissants at the market. Worth the wait every time, no matter what you’re ordering. They’re busy because it’s delicious!
The best pizza in Fredericton, hands down.
Wood-fired oven!
Some great and odd specialty combos. We love the pear and blue cheese pizza and the one called something like "3 little piggies." They are often on special but not always available. (Their regular combos are good too)
My husband and I love to eat pizza and we've also also travelled around the world and tasted pizza everywhere. This is hands down the best pizza we've had outside of Italy. The place is very cute and the staff is very friendly. Excellent Customer Service! Thank you!
Just had their spinach, goat cheese, and caramelized pecan salad, along with a beer from Grimross and a croissant. Wonderful tastes & friendly service. Their cafe is now reopened, go check it out!
