My server, Sarah, was absolutely fabulous. My dinner was exquisite..The Garlic Parm Bites were to die for as they melt in your mouth. The Beet Salad was just the perfect combination of sweet and savoury due to the goat cheese and citrus. My dinner entree of vegetarian Gnocchi Gorgonzola was rich and decadent. The best part was a drink that Sarah created and named called "Can You Feel the Cran Tonight?" that contained a splash of cranberry juice with Gin and some rosemary. How refreshing! Check out this place our if you feel like Italian. The ambiance of this place is great for celebrations, dates, and/or families. I am so glad for the discovery! My server and the food were so wonderful that I went back the next day. Pictures included!

🥺🥺 I wish I could take this food back to Montreal it was SO GOOD! The Garlic Parm Cheese Bites and the Arancini were our apps and wow, they were so flavourful. My meal of choice was the Braised Beef Pappardelle and I really enjoyed this dish! The beef was moist and the pasta was just the right texture.

Decided to go here for my birthday with a couple friends. Had the calamari as an appetizer, it was light enough where you could eat them by itself while having extra room for a main dish. They were lightly breaded and crispy and not oily at all, like some places are. One of the best restaurants for calamari around town. The Sambuca Scampi was amazing, the sauce delightful, thick yet creamy at the same time. I’d honestly eat that as a meal on its own. For my main I tried the Gnocci Gorgonzola with grilled chicken breast. Personally, I’d say it has an acquired taste as it was my first time. It was good but for a meal, it wouldn’t be my first preference.

I ordered Sicilian calamari to start and beef tenderloin medium while I actaully wanted rare. Their side dish menu is very limited. I cannot have dairy so I mentioned to the server that I wanted the parm mash potatoe but I'll get fries because I can't have cheese. Other side orders seem to have cheese. This place looks like a niche fine dining place but it has family owned diner or a pub vibe with inexperienced servers. Before I get to the main course I wanna mention the calamari. The calamari was very salty and soggy but it wasnt horrible so I ate it. The server completely forgot about my mother in law's appetizers order and they brought the bread with olive about 20 minutes after they served us appetizers. Later came the server saying they don't have the wine we ordered so got a different bottle of wine. Anyway, we eventually received the food but they mixed up my beef tenderloin with my father in law's well done tenderloin. Luckily we were able switch the meet and the beef was actually cooked the way I really wanted, rare. It is crazy tho to bring a rare beef tenderloin to a person who ordered it medium well. My fries had parmesan grated on top even though I specifically mentioned that I cant have cheese. I did eat it all and it was delicious but i really shouldn't have. Then for dessert, as a dairy free person my only option was sorbet but they were out of sorbet so I wasn't able to have desert. In summary, I'm not impressed. Just happy I'm not poisoned at this point but wait, the fries came with parmesan grated on top so...

My husband and I decided to go on a date night and chose this restaurant. So glad we did. Service: Top notch. All staff were very friendly and professional from the greeters to the waitresses. A friendly hello when we arrived and a have a good evening when we left. We were seated promptly on arrival. Menus and drinks were served within 5 minutes of seating. Refills were offered before our drinks were empty and a pitcher of cold water on the table for us to share. Atmosphere was great. Perfect for a date night. The free appetizer was simple but extremely delicious. I asked what the sauce was made of. I chose the chicken fettuccine alfredo and it was absolutely amazing. Delicious and flavorful. Real pieces of chicken. The homemade pasta was *chefs kiss." The sauce was perfect and full of flavor. Topped with fresh parm. We also got a side order of risotto. It wasn't my favorite as there were some crunchy pieces of rice still and the textur was a little gluey. But the flavor was good. My husband enjoyed his meal and ate every bite. I can't remember what his was called. Overall can't wait to eat here again! Great experience and great meal.

DINE AROUND FREDDY 2022 !!! Great menu this year. Quality food, MOCO never disappoints. Our server Danielle was awesome, her attentiveness just added to an overall wonderful dining experience.

Wonderful place to go for a date night or dinner with friends. The food is *chefs kiss* Everything from appetizer to entrée to dessert has never disappointed. The pasta is always cooked to perfection. Staff are sweet and lovely to deal with. Great atmosphere!

Best food and best service in fredericton. We ate here for the first time tonight for my birthday and the food was out of this world. Our server Kelsey (I hope I'm right :) horrible with names) was awesome. She knew the menu so well and offered great recommendations. She was personable and upbeat and you could clearly see she enjoyed working there. 95% of their menu can be made gluten free which was a huge bonus for me! This will for sure be a regular spot for us now....the atmosphere was amazing I didnt even feel like I was in fredericton! Already recommend MOCO to friends! Thanks for a great birthday dinner!

Had one night in Fredericton and, after reading reviews and descriptions of many places, decided on MOCO. For the most part everything was excellent. We shared a fritto misto plate of shrimp, fish and calamari with two sauces. One was an excellent caponata - something you don't often see on a menu. We had pasta with clam sauce and the veal chop with brown butter gnocchi. Veal was amazing and generous with an excellent fig preserve and roasted carrots. The clam dish was much less generous and did not have the flavor we expected although the clams were very fresh. We finished with zeppole and an affogato which were great. Wines were very good. Not common to find a wine from Le Marche on a menu either. Our server was knowledgeable and we enjoyed talking with her about her visits to Sardinia.

4 of us were in last night to celebrate a 56th Anniversary and we were blown away but the quality of the food we were served. This place is a gem in our little town. We go out for celebratory meals 4-5 times a year to what we would consider top rated restaurants and haven't had a meal that well done in years. The hand made pasta was superb, the quality of the ingredients impressive, portion sizes perfect, and taste was out of this world, but what was most appreciated was the price point for such amazing food. Quality and affordability are important lessons some of the big, so called fancy places in town, could learn from MOCO. We can't wait to come back. PS...great service C/O Kelcie was also very appreciated.

The food was absolutely delicious, cozy environment (not over packed or close to other tables). Our waitress was such a sweetheart - I believe her name is Alex. She was very enthusiastic about the food and even offered my friend a sample of wine since she had never tried it before. We will definitely be back - strongly recommend trying the shrimp and fish cakes ��
