My wife and I were introduced to Fresh Wednesday night and it was probably the best dining experience I have ever had. The fact that the restaurant was in an old fashioned train blew my mind and the food was outstanding. Next time we are in the area we will certainly be stopping in. Thanks Sara for an amazing evening - your restaurant and vision is truly something to be admired!!
Finally!!! After reading and hearing so many great things about Fresh Fine Dining, it was my turn to check this place out and experience it for myself. I was not disappointed. Sara and James have it nailed down. From the second you arrive you're greeted at the door with the romantic ambiance and superior service, accompanied by their amazing food. Everything is top notch. Sara runs this establishment like a well oiled machine. From drinks, to the amuse-bouche, appetizers, main course, and deserts, it's all timed perfectly. Having lived in South Florida for the past 18 years I have had the pleasure of dining in some very upscale establishments. Fresh Fine Dining, nestled in the heart of Florenceville-Bristol, certainly ranks well within my top three. I would highly recommend making reservations here. Do it now as this amazing restaurant does have a lengthy waiting list. Cheers!
