I've had good experiences and bad ones there. They tend to mess up orders when you order online. When doing bulk ordering for the company I work for, they have forgotten to ring up drinks we ordered, therefore making someone go back to get the drinks and pay for them - which is a big inconvenience. It was their fault it was forgotten since its all ready packaged up by the time we arrive to get it, and i believe those forgotten drinks should have been free due to the inconvenience. Anytime I have done a bulk order, I have gone in a day or two before with a copy of our order to give to them so there should not be any mix ups, or short any food for our orders, but for some reason there has been. I really don't like the paper straws so I try to not get fountain drinks even though I prefer that over bottles. Bring back plastic straws. I think they should be changing gloves after each sandwich that is made and have tongs for each food to put on each order for allergy purposes. Other than those issues, I enjoy their subs and will continue to go back.
Got the new Spicy Chicken and it was amazing! I placed my order online beforehand which was a good thing as there was a lineup almost out the door.
My sub was also falling apart and didn't look the greatest but it tasted delicious.
Awesome customer service. Over charged on a few extras and they went above and beyond to make it right. Best subway I’ve been to in a long time. Clean bathrooms, clean tables. Fresh veggies and will give you lots of toppings!
