I have heard of this business for awhile and one day I decided just to stop in! Oh Man...SO glad I did. I have been back 2 other times sinceš. The sausages are delicious and the buns super fresh. The buns are toasted just right and the sauce and parmesan cheese is what makes this trailer of goodness different from the rest . Only down side, its messyš¤£Good Job.
One of the best food trucks we've been to for sausages. Good quality meat, and delicious bread, topped off with friendly service.
We got bangers with all toppings (sauerkraut, hot peppers, and mustard), mini donuts, and a can of ginger ale. Prices were reasonable. Proper sausages, excellent bread, and a large portion. Boy that hit the spot! Lower end of standard chip truck wait times and seemed to maintain 3 waiting for their order as more came in. Will definitely be coming here again and highly recommend. Can't wait to try their mashed potatoes next time. Keep up the great work!
Edit: Almost forgot, at that time they don't take credit card, but do take cash or emt.

The Emsdale Banger legend continues with even better customer service and choice. Stopped at the Banger on my way home on Friday, totally forgot that they only take cash. They recognized my Jeep and let me pay later. Totally unexpected over the top customer service. Blew any expectation I might of had out of the water! Thank you will visit again real soon!
Had their special today, the Banger Burger. Nice big burger on a nice thick piece of toasted home made bread. Very tasty.
That was a tasty treat after an afternoon of riding ATVs. Friendly conversation, awesome food!
