I really enjoyed my experience , was greeted by a few smiling faces, the restaurant was packed because of the grey cup. We waited maybe 2 minutes for a table. I was with three kids and two adults. Everything came out in a timely matter. Ordered quesadillas and husband had the BP burger. Our drinks were refilled. It was great! The staff seemed happy and on top of things. They worked as a team. Melody was our waitress and she was perfect. This experience was as good as my other Boston pizza experiences at different locations. I was impressed. The place is beautiful! Congrats !
P.s. I don’t work for Boston pizza.
Finally went last Thursday and really enjoyed it. The food was excellent and the service was really good. Food came really fast and we love the atmosphere. Prices I thought were comparable to any other restaurants. Some higher(pasta a bit pricey) and some lower. Portion are decent however. Love that they have Murphy stout as that's pretty much the only type of beverage that I like in the beer/stout category(not a beer drinker). Looking forward to going again. P.S. Had the Beef dipper sandwiches. Also we definitively do NOT work for Boston Pizza. Congratulations George and staff. Very happy for you. M&M
I'm glad facebook didn't host reviews when I helped open a restaurant, wouldn't have made it through the opening night!
Service was fine, beer was ice cold, chicken wings were great. Greeted promptly, seated promptly, served promptly. Two staff members checked on my drinks - led to an up-sell of a second pint! Saw staff teaching other staff do things like fridge temperature readings, and other tasks, on point as far as I am concerned.
I don't doubt there are some hiccups for the local crew right now, but that's part of the game. Complain about prices all you want but that is set by the chain, not like they're pulling the costs of thin air just in Embrun. Food costs and margins are real things!
Opened a restaurant people wanted, people came in droves (you came to a brand new restaurant on opening weekend - what did you expect?), people complained because it wasn't perfect. How very 2017.
I don't think any of us looks back at our first week at any job and says "yep - I nailed everything!"
Keep it up - We'll be back!
