Went there tonight and the food was great, couldn’t finish it all but the service was terrible. The waitress didn’t come to check on us and it took forever for the waitress to come back so we could get take out containers and then we had to wait for our bill. I have been here lots of times and we have never had service this bad. She just seemed more interested in visiting other tables to talk.

Had dinner at Fireside on Friday and Saturday night. Our server on Friday (David) was an absolute machine - super attentive, quick and friendly. Saturday night our server was Cenie - she was awesome too - super friendly, welcoming and witty. Our food both nights was excellent - serving sizes were generous. Had the escargot twice (recommend). Do it - eat there!

As my friend said...never order a Chinese food plate in a steak house. Varied menu. Always busy..even on week nights. UPDATE May 14, 2022 - Myself and 3 other ladies dined at the Fireside Grill last night and all 4 meals were representative of FINE dining. The plating was top notch and the food delicious. The desserts as well were excellent and so pleasing to the eye. Definitely will be back again! Our server was very attenative and rewarded for her excellent service by our generous tips!!
