My pita from this place is always hot and I always ask them to not make mine in a bowl, and they easily comply with that. So overall good customer service experience. The customer who referred to the pineapples is mistaken, as another person said, the pineapples are optional, so the worker wouldn't have put them in if they weren't asked for.

To address the other customer - the pineapples are optional, they do not come with any seasonal pita or permanent menu pita.
