This is The Best! Second Cup. The owner and his staff are very friendly and provide an excellent product and go the extra mile in service. The food and drink are always top-notch! I have been going to this Second Cup for a few years. They stayed open during Covid. They deserve your business.

I go to this location every Thursday prior to work to pick up my Vanilla Bean Latte. The gentleman (Darryl-I think that’s his name?) was very kind and he would ask me how I am doing. The service is excellent and I leave this location with a smile on my face. It is located near Central LRT, on the concourse level of Telus Plaza. However it’s a quite a bit of a walk from City Centre mall, but it’s worth it when you are greeted by a friendly gentleman who cares about you.

Between second cup an booster juice. I must say the service is amazing ! The way they greet u an take your order makes your mornings that much better. Sadly I don't get to order every morning from here because they are so popular an sometimes the line up is crazy. Thank u to the manager /owner. ( the male who heats up your food while you wait on line) an the barristas. Keep up the amazing work . Ill be by for more pumpkin spice hot chocolates :)

It’s always a pleasant experience at this second cup. The gentleman who works the morning shift is a great way to start the day. He’s friendly and so fast. All the staff is efficient which is appreciated when we need our caffeine fix.

This place is AWESOME. After my 3rd visit I didn't even have to order anymore the owner is already writing my drink on a cup when he sees me walk up. They are always friendly and fast. I have never had an issue with my drink.

My wife and I enjoy good coffee. We often have an Americano, small size three shots. We much prefer Second Cup to Starbucks

It's a second cup. I get coffee black and it's leagues above Starbucks but could relatively get the same from making your own at home. Only go here now because I have a gift card.
