Good stuff. I go here quite often and almost always stick with the chicken or beef sandwich. It is fantastic: great bread, meat cooked and seasoned nicely and the slaw & sauce are a perfect match. I also often get the salad rolls with it which are great too.

I tried the pho soup once and it was ok, but there are much better soups elsewhere in the city.

Overall a good place to eat.

Will be back for sure! Highly recommend. First time in this cute little restaurant - referred by all my co workers. Everyone told me to try the Saigon Hut Vermicelli and boy am I glad I did. The bowl was HUGE! The thin rice noodles were topped with various types of meat (beef, chicken, pork and shrimp) and it also came with a piece of sausage (sweet tasting), a spring roll and veggies. The cashier asked if I wanted to "combo" my meal.. which gave me the choice of adding 3 spring rolls and a drink or 2 salad rolls and a drink. I got the salad rolls. Those were incredibly fresh and the sauce it came with was very tasty.
The cashier was nice and friendly. She could tell I was new so she recommended some items but said the Saigon Hut Vermicelli is the most popular item on the menu. The food came out in decent time despite the long line up. I'd definitely come back. I'm already craving the salad rolls.

Wonderful Atmosphere. I don't know what other reviewers are talking about, I think the food is amazing here! I've tried everything on their menu and I actually like every single dish! the only problem I ever have is deciding on what I want to eat that day! I have built a great relationship with the ladies that work there and they have never been rude to me or anyone else i've seen. It's nice having such honest business owners that tell you where and when they just bought groceries last so you know exactly what you are eating and where it came from. The vegetables and noodles are always fresh and the soups are tastefully crafted. I love their salad roll sauce! I don't know any other restaurant that has a sauce like that!

I am definitely going to be a Saigon Hut regular for a long time.

Good for Lunch Take Out. I work right down the street, and when I don't feel like a generic fast food place, Saigon Hut is good for a change. I can call ahead and pick it up in no time. Its not the best Vietnamese, but I think that's because it caters to more of a western crowd. It's decent food for a decent price. So I'll keep going back.

My husband who frequents this eatery took me for lunch. I was very impressed with the salad rolls and dipping sauce. I have tried numerous ones elsewhere and these were the best, and freshest. I also had a dish with spring rolls, prawns, beef and chicken on vermicelli noodles with bean sprouts and carrots-yummy. Had to take home the leftovers-very large portioning. The sauce that came with it I believe was fish sauce-also tasty.
