Candy cane lattes are back. Whip cream and minty chocolate coffee goodness. Service was slow this morning but the lattes were perfect when I got to the car
This location is one of my favorites! The barista takes time to make a friendly conversation with you while she makes your items. The drinks and food are consistently delicious. Love the blue butterfly drinks!!
The best coffee and service in downtown Edmonton. Ian and staff are extra special people who strive for quality and attention to detail. The atmosphere is clean and spacious. Make this your place to go to when shopping or seeing a movie! Support local downtown business!
What a fantastic location; I don’t normally go to chains these days but the owners are so fantastic. Extremely welcoming to everyone and knew my order after just two days.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to chill and get some work done.
Absolutely amazing café! The owner seems to know anyone that walks in; I was quite surprised. The coffee was really good as per usual with SC, and the recently renovated store looks very appealing.
Welcoming, friendly and great customer service. The owner pays attention to detail now I don't even have to tell them my drink they just remember and the owner is such a nice guy. Use to always go to Starbucks this place has won me over especially the staff they make the experience that much better. Keep up the good work !!
My Go To Coffee Shop when I’m Downtown - Absolutely Lovely Owners. Not only do they make Fantastic Lattes, they take the time to get to know you & what your preferences are. So Happy I found this place- I Highly Recommend!
I love this location of Second Cup! It has a warm and friendly atmosphere!
I order very specific drinks made differently than they are usually made ( I am diabetic and still like to drink caramel frappe or corretto, I ask for it 1/4 sweet and they make it right! So I can actually drink it!!).
I have tried Starbucks and asked for 1/4 sweet, and I don't know what they give me, but it is more than 1/2 sweet and I have to throw it out. Even when I do take it back, it makes no difference! I guess they don't understand how to cut the amount of syrup pumps needed to achieve the order!!
There has not been ANYONE at this Second Cup, the baristas or owners that have made ANY mistakes!!! They listen attentively to what I order. I am very impressed that the owners actually work here as well! They get to know their customers, and greet them by name! Of all the Second Cups in the city this one is my favorite!!!
Love, love, love this Second Cup, Ian remembers my orders and my name, I try to get a coffee from them whenever I’m in the office.
I come here on a regular basis in the morning and the Monday to Friday staff are excellent. It is always nice to strike up conversation in the morning and more often than not, it swings an off morning towards an on track morning. Second Cup also gets you an extra shot of espresso in your latte versus the "other" guys.
The baristas here are pretty chill and really nice, I got a pumpkin spice white hot chocolate and it was delicious, come here it's really quiet if you need some work done and is quiet spacious, as I am sipping my drink enjoying the ambiance. I really appreciate the time the barista took to make foam art. My foam was creamy and smooth. I will come here and ontop of that I work in another popular coffee company so I appreciate the time to ensure everything was perfect, I will definitely come here again 👌👌
