I live in the area, and have been to this restaurant 50 or 60 times - poor service? Maybe twice.. Over the past 4 or 5 years, we have gone for (mostly) supper - on regular (non-special) and wing and pasta nights, so we have been there when it has been lined-up, and quiet.
We really like the service. The staff are nice, and try hard to please.
A couple of times they made mistakes on an order (not bad for 4 years) but it was fixed up - no problem. Slow service - a number of times when it looked like they were low on staff, or really busy. So what?

Here's a thought - if YOU are nice to people, they will most always be nice back.

Everything!. Everything I have had at this BP Edmonton location has been great. The service there is the best bar none also. I usually try to sit in Russell's section. He is the most curteous and attentive young man, always smiling and catering to our every need. Love that boy!!! Keep up the good work, Russell. You are the reason we keep coming back!!! Jasmine
