Tasty noodles and sushi, cozy place, clean & spacious seats, very friendly owner.... good price too and their serve big portions ... the best Japanese restaurant in Edmonton so far for me... love their set menus...
Cozy and small restaurant, not as well-known but I'm so glad I found this little gem. Atmosphere is very relaxing and staff is super friendly, prices were quite reasonable for Japanese food in Edmonton. Tried the volcano roll and it tasted as good as it looked. Definitely coming back again when I want my sushi fix!
My wife and I have been eating here regularly for years as it's one of the best all around for Japanese cuisine. Great food, great service, every time. It's always clean, and its family operated, the atmosphere is warm and fun which is why after trying other places, we always come back to Miso.
I have to say that the owner of this place was the sweetest man ever and the service was perfect!
The atmosphere is great the restaurant was tidy everything is made right there where you can see it.
The prices were more than reasonable. And the Sushi was delicious.
I got three different roles and a Maki roll and it was more than enough to feed me my husband and our six-year-old.
we all left happy with full bellies!
I most definitely recommend checking this place out they've been around for years and that is a small feat for a restaurant in Edmonton have obviously continuously done something right.

Was looking for a sushi place on the west end since most of the restaurants we were closed ready. We were greeted by a friendly looking man who seated us right away. The menu was extensive and well priced. We ordered the spider roll, mango roll and another roll I can't remember. Food was on the longer side to get ready, but that's a sign typically of freshly made food.
Overall, great service and great food. Would come again.
Have been a regular customer for many years. Always have a pleasant and relaxing experience. Staff is attentive, courteous and sincerely friendly. The sushi is always fresh, nice-sized portions and moderately priced. So glad this little gem is in our neighbourhood.
I have been coming to this restaurant regularly since I moved to Edmonton in 2008. It is family-run, and they are very friendly and down-to-earth. The service is always fantastic. The food is excellent - I've never been disappointed (unlike at some other, more expensive, restaurants). Don't bother with the wine - their other beverages are much better. Absolutely love this restaurant!
Great food and wonderful friendly service. I had the miso special noodle soup and it was so good! My friends had assorted rolls and sushi and said it was excellent and very fresh. They were accommodating of a shellfish allergy and any little requests or modifications we had. Would definitely recommend Miso.
