Such an adorable place, a true hidden gem!!! The food was delicious, it was difficult to make a decision as everything looked and sounded amazing. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!!
Great sandwiches and even better desserts. Great and friendly service!! Even had a custom cake made that was incredibly delicious and remarkably well designed
This place is special. An oasis in the middle of what is not Edmonton's best side. The pastries 🥧 are wonderful. In fact I would say that they are better than some of Edmonton's more well publicized bakeries. I had the opera slice for $5.95 (expect to pay more elsewhere) and it was incredible. I tasted some other delights and all were good. They also offer sandwiches, coffee and breakfast so we will be back. Note that the free parking area behind the shop isn't for everyone. It's safe but colourful. Other parking can be found nearby. 5 out of 5 stars.

@MacaronandGoodies This beautiful patisserie is truly the best in the city. In fact next year it better be in at least your top 3. TRUST ME...my research is vast and my waist is showing it!
I love Dutchess, but it sure is a get them in and get them out kinda place. Le Boule is very elegant...very sleek, but cold in feeling to me. She has typical choices if somewhat limited...but what she does she does well...Passion fruit eclair is to die for.
But Macarons and Goodies is very special. Fadua and hubby Akrim are here about 5 years. They come highly trained...schooled in France and then off to Dubai where they both worked in upper echelon French Patisseries! Fadua was the only Female Executive Pastry chef in the Middle East!! They came here 5 years ago so they could realize their dreams! Akram works at Rogers place for Aramrak as rheot Executive head Pastry chef. Fadua runs the bakery day to day woth one employee. She is in the back preparing these amazing amazing Authentic French Pastries. Opera Cake to die for...Croissants almond and chocolat... there is so much to choose from!!
She dies savoury as well. Crepes and quiches, sandwiches nicoise salad...
I LOVE this place...I go every week just to say hello sometimes. They have a few spots to sit and let the day fall away whilst enjoying a truly lovely and lovingly made delight!
It really is the best on all levels...its not pretty or elegant on a precious sort of way...But like I would imagine a French neighborhood patisserie might be. Warm, friendly, comfortable but then BOOM The food comes and you are now truly enjoying haute patisserie! Go!! Tell Fadua I said hi!!
