Sushi Wasabi - Edmonton - Photo album

Best place for sushi in Edmonton hands down! Perfectly cooked and seasoned sushi rice, freshest quality fish you’ll get in the city, the toro (and salmon belly too) is buttery and mouth watering. We always get the beef tataki, nigiri, and a few rolls: shrimp tempura roll, avocado shiitake roll, smal
The menu seems more simple and traditional than the usual Japanese restaurants in the city. Service is great; their kitchen is small and the chefs seem to be careful so it's not rushed. It is a very small restaurant (maybe 5 tables), so reservations are highly recommended.
One of the favorite Japanese restaurants in town. It's a busy place . Their rice is perfect cooked and flavored. The sashimi is very fresh and great size.
My families always recommended Sushi Wasabi to me, so I ordered a lot sushi from them for Christmas Eve, however my partner and I were extremely disappointed. The fish were not fresh and had becoming very watery, especially the Hamachi and Salmon, Salmon tasted like worst than All you can eat qualit
Got supper for my fiance here. She absolutely loved it! Said it was among the best sushi she had ever ate (in Canada). Will definitely be going back.

The green tea, tuna, and unagi we're excellent, the scallop was good, but the salmon and hamachi were disappointing. The tuna was so tend
So friendly and very delicious.
The sashimi is fresh, sushi is tasty and the rolls are put together well! I especially love the rice they use, it's a perfect combo in a roll or with a nice slice of fish on top. Service is quick and very friendly. Highly recommend reservations as it's tough to get a table during the evening.
