Ichiban has been a family favourite for years; best sushi in Edmonton. They are always consistent. Food is fresh and tasty, quick service, fair prices and very friendly staff. So happy they’re open for dine-in again, I love going in to eat. That being said, their takeout is still high quality and satisfied my sushi cravings throughout Covid. Cannot say enough good things about Ichiban.
I have been dining in and ordering takeout at Ichiban for almost 10 years, and its always been my favorite Japanese restaurant, and amongst my friends, with an excellent selection to choose from, consistently great quality food, always so delicious and satisfying, and a great staff and owner to welcome you. Highly recommended.
Have been here twice and both times the food was phenomenal. Good portions, decent amount of fish on the rolls instead of a thin slice you get at other places, and tasted so damn good love it!
