Tim Hortons

Most times, I go through the drive thru. Service is quick. My coffee is made the way I enjoy it, and the breakfast food is good, too. I can tell the people who work here care and it shows. Yes, I am comparing to other drive thru's that I have stopped at.

OMG.... I have no idea what to say about this location!!! I've never been to a faster, more accurate Tim Hortons location!!! They're FAST, like have everything ready to scan and pay before you leave your house fast!!! Every coffee my son has gotten was made perfect and delicious. I get an iced coffee every morning and they use the correct syrup to mix ratio every time and THEY STIR IT!!!!!! I have been to every Tim's in the Davis and Leslie area, but these guys, hand down, have this down to an art. I go out of my way to go here now cause I love knowing I'm going to get consistent, accurate and well made coffee EVERY TIME!!!

I want to start my review off by publicly laughing at that jayakumar guys review. Did you ever think maybe there is a reason they don't have it? This is a small store and as such has to prioritize their inventory. There is a core inventory list that every store needs to have, and lemonade, iced coffee, maple pecan Danishes, and the chicken, are not on them. Anything extra after the core items is at the owners discretion. 1) maple danishes aren't really that popular anymore. I hardly see them anywhere. I know of 3 stores from sutton down to union station that stock them. And HOW many Tim Horton stores are there from sutton to union? Exactly. Next stupid negative comment pls. 2) Lemonade is a decent seller yes, but it depends on the area and customer base. It also takes up a lot of room to hold. Something tells me this location doesnt have a need for lemonade due to the esso. So of course since they have limited space they arent going to stock it. 3) the chicken for the wraps is a popular item yes, but it's possible they just fldont have space. Not their fault. Next. 4) iced coffee from tim hortons is profoundly location customer based. They probably don't sell it for the simple reason they probably only get 1 or 2 requests every 50 or 60 customers. Your complaints were valid. I get that it can be frustrated but saying they steal disgracing the brand and should be shut down for not having space for items? Goof. good bye. Now on to the actual review! Excellent location, go here all the time whenever I go to keswick and come back, which is least 3x a week, so 6x total. Staff are friendly and full of energy (AM or PM shift) Despite the numerous reviews stating incorrect orders, I've only had tel mistakes made with my order ever. One was a donut mistake and the other was because they didn't hear me say no tomato. When I went back around to bring the no tomato mistake to their attention, and explained I have a tomato allergy otherwise I wolf have just ate it, they were very apologetic and offered me a whole new meal, sandwich muffin and drink! So I'm not sure where people are getting this no energy, rude, dont care attitude from. Maybe you're the problem? Gasp. I know. The people that have said "they don't listen, I had to repeat myself xx times, they mumble" .. maybe perhaps, again, it's YOU. I know some of you whisper at order speakers like you're telling the president the code to the garden of eden. SPEAK UP and maybe they (we) can hear you properly and get your order correct. Good God. I can also guarantee that they (we..as in we as order takers as a whole) don't mumble. Our voices get projected LOUD. if you can't hear us it's not our fault. it's outside noises like your vehicle, music, wind, etc. )

Has an automated bank machine right beside it...can't go wrong if you are short change on the $2 it cost for a coffee
