This log cabin restaurant is authentic through and through. It's off of the highway South of Duncan. The staff are genuine. The special of Maple Eggs Benedict on French Toast was creative and delicious. I'm definitely going to return.

Staff was very polite and efficient. The breakfast was decent but I've had better dinners here. Not sure why there are red cups hanging above the tables. The decor needs a little updating. Overall satisfied with the food and service. Would recommend to anyone.
Wonderful service. We had a very sweet waitress and she was very good at her job. I ordered the Crab Cake Benny and substituted the regular hollandaise sauce with the cilantro hollandaise - FANTASTIC!!When we're back in this neck of the woods, we'll definitely stop in again.

A must-stop for us whenever we head up island in the morning. Great breakfast special and awesome coffee. If you're feeling really hungry split a grilled cinnamon roll, it's the size of pigs head. Amazing.

I'll be honest I used to work here. However it is one of the best cheap breakfast places on Vancouver island. Locally sourced food when possible, all desserts in house made and an extensive gluten free menu.
Best meal I had all week! We've had to eat out every day this week and were mostly disappointed in the various restaurants we visited, but this one really stands out for being super cozy, having excellent food and definitely reasonable prices! We will definitely be back!
A Great experience and we had a wonderful friendly server! I had the pioneer breakfast special and my bf had the Lumberjack. The serving was huge and at a great price! We will be back once again!
