If I worked near Metro Deli Cafe and Grill, I'd feel exceptionally lucky. It's a good little cafe, with an appropriate variety of wraps, grilled items, and salads, to name a few. I had the deluxe burger on special, and my son had a cheeseburger. We both finished them happily, because they were really solid homemade-style burgers. The ingredients were fresh, the burgers were well constructed, and it was clear the food is made with care. Big highlights: excellent prices for lunch food, and really good service. Absolutely worth trying if you're in the area looking for an inexpensive but high quality lunch. (Would love to try the breakfast sometime too!)
Lovely little deli and café hidden inside a larger building. Prices are amazing and the homemade cookies were the best I've ever had.

I've only ever had the club wrap, but it's so delicious. I get one every time I'm in the building (if the cafe is open).

Very good food, homemade style. Its a hidden gem. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very friendly people. The wraps are delicious ! And the price is great!
So far I've had the poutine and Mexican breakfast wrap. Sooo good!! Cant wait to try all the stuff they have on their menu!!! Had a western breakfast today it was of course just as fantastic as the Mexican... 10 star service for food and customer service!!

Pizza is alright but the wraps are where it's at. Also best $5 burger and fries in the city
