It was a warm, muggy night and an ice cream treat was just the thing! Several people agreed, it was reasonably busy. The staff opened an extra register and had the line moving well, with only a short wait for our blizzards.
The cake batter cookie dough Blizzard was pretty good. The medium was too sweet though - would be awesome as a mini or small. The choco-strawberry was also delicious and should stay as a regular menu item after it's run as a summer flavour.
We had the pleasure of meeting Derek today when we drove through at Dairy Queen. Derek had patience with us and was funny and kind, even when we added extra to our order. What incredible customer service you gave us Derek I hope Dairy Queen really recognizes when they have outstanding employees. Great Job Derek (The food was delicious as well.)
No wait in the drive thru. Food was hot and ready. Just no napkins or dipping sauces in the take out bag. Be sure to check before you drive off.
The washrooms could use an update. Showing their age. Maybe check the lower eating area before blocking it off in the evening. Customers in there to push the garbage cans out of the way to leave.
The food and icecream is perfect. The customer service is nice. I loved the atmosphere because of the wide windows.

Location is perfect at Main Street, free parking is a good option, design and layout; I like the glass patio idea it is unique however the layout and order area is too small, ppl cannot find spaces to wait and two doors opposite one another makes it even harder. Cleanilness; I know each client suppose to take his garage to bin but some people didn't learn that. Employee leaves the tables unclean for long time. I usually order blizzard, and I don't think you can find better blizzard than DQ. Staff are ok. I never see smile at their faces, but they are ok. Speed of ordering is not plausible it takes them long Time than normal. waiting time for food was good.

Worse thing about it is it's layout. Hard to get into the drive thru cause it's a small lot. You are sitting out on the street trying to get in.
The blizzards are the BOMB! The rest of the food is fine but nothing special.
The Oreo blizzard is my fav!
I requested a custom image on my ice cream cake to match chips from an axis & allies board game. These images were small and detailed. When I picked up my cake I was completely wowed by the outcome. My son was very surprised and happy, so thank you. I don’t know the ladies name that did it but the other lady told me it was the lady I placed my order with that did it.
