Fantastic. We have dined at this location twice now. Both times were amazing. The staff, the atmosphere and the seating but above all the food, are all enjoyable. I'm my opinion this is the best family restaurant in the east kootenays. With 2 adults and 4 kids our bill has yet to be over 60$ yet still leave full. The food is very similar to Boston Pizza yet half the price not to mention the all you can eat ceasar salad and French bread. We have gone to every restaurant in cranbrook kimberley and even as far Fernie and for dollar value and seating/atmosphere this is the best bang for buck.
Had a great time at East Side Marios in Cranbrook. Great quality of food, value was awesome, non stop soup, salad and bread is so good! We only waited about 20 min for or food. Great overall time! Excellent management!
I have to say. Very good. I orderd take out from here twice. Seafood pasta was cooked perfectly even tho it was delived. Better then alot of other places i have ordered from in town. Fast service really happy.

I would recommend this restaurant to anybody! Not only is the food amazing but the service is absolutely incredible. Both server and manager made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. They both went above and beyond.
How does this have such a low rating percentage? It's delicious and the customer service is amazing. I haven't ate there once without the owner himself coming out and having a chat with the table to make sure everything is good. Friendly guy, nice personable waitresses and the food has never been anything short of delicious.
I wonder why everyone complains about East Side Mario's. Yes the food takes a long time, but it's really good. I love it
We were greeted by a warm and friendly environment, people laughing, nice lighting, much better than any of my tacky east side Mario's experiences in Calgary. We were seated by a very kind waitress who customized my meal, I was looking for a lighter type meal. The food was good and the atmosphere pleasant, so pick this if you're dropping by in cranbrook, I wasn't disappointed.
I've always been happy. I know a lot of people have complained about bad service or food, but that's never been my experience. I usually sit in the bar side.
I usually stick with the meal for one-the one with the salad, pizza and dessert. Sure, it's not fancy, but the veggies have always been fresh and the pizza well-cooked and hot.
Very tasty and good service! I had gluten free Chicken Tetrazzini and my guests had Cheese Cappelletti with tomato soup. The gluten free pasta was cooked nicely, chicken was not dry and the mushrooms were perfect. I was told the tomato soup was very tasty and not too sweet. The bread sticks were hot and soft, perfect for dipping or smothered in the butter. Their Cappelleti was good as well. Prices are in the $20-$25 per person range. The service was fast and friendly!
Was at this restaurant on May 14 2022 for dinner with my relatives and I after having a hard day earlier. We all throughly enjoyed the meal, the great service, the great laughs. We later found out was the restaurant manager that served us. The manager,server had us laughing after an emotional day. We were all glad that we chose to come here for dinner. It was a great experience and service. So impressed that the manager does this great service for all the patrons. Definitely recommend.
The floor manager took the 10 of us with no reservation. The food was delicious. The drinks were tasty. But what topped off our evening were the fun antics from the floor manager. He had us laughing the entire meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Best experience at East Side Marios. The service here for a group of hockey kids was amazing. Service was quick and the food was absolutely amazing. Previous experience at East Side Mario’s was not well but this experience changed that. Will definitely take my family back here!
I had Mackenzie today for lunch. We got two lunch pastas. It was unreal and she was even better then the food was! Best server!! Will be back because of her.

It was my first time to eat here! My husband likes this restaurant(he has been to different locations). The service was great, taste was good. Their bread was very tasty! We could get free soup at lunch time. My husband said it was small portions because it was the first time for him to visit at lunch time, but the price is cheaper too. My daughter got kids burgers, it comes with dessert at the end. She loved everything there!
