My Cutwater cb32 boat fridge stopped working within its 2 year warranty period. The Coq. Nova Kool service dept. not only resolved and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently , Mark and Service Mgr. Max , worked as a team to provide friendly , no hassle, helpful service ..... I wish all companies provided this level of quality service . A pleasure to deal with ... Highly recommended!

Nova Kool is great! I called them a few times for advice on a marine fridge and they were friendly and super helpful. I bought/installed the fridge - so far so good - as advertised. Their service stands out more than anything and I feel that if anything ever goes wrong they would go above and beyond to help resolve it. They seem to have an old fashioned customer centred culture which is becoming rare these days.

Bought a boat with an old Refrigerator. It did not work :( Called their office and they quickly talked me through the process of bypassing the thermostat, still no luck :( Then they suggested changing the controller unit. Online video helped me with the install (not really needed) works like a charm. Saved me $1000 and amazing customer service. If I need to buy a new refrigerator I will look here first. Thanks you very much!

Imagine you bought a used Toyota Camry and it dies so you call Toyota HQ in Japan to complain, and you end up talking to a guy who's the head of the Customer Care Division. That's exactly what happened when I called Nova Kool, the manufacturer of marine refrigerators and freezers, on account that the fridge in my boat died ON THE VERY DAY I BOUGHT THE BOAT. OK, Nova Kool may not be as big as Toyota, but still, there I was talking not to some Nova Kool flunky, but to Marian Wosztal *himself* , and he was being incredibly helpful even though it was clear to him that I am somewhat of yachting whiner (the whole sad story is well-documented in a Google Maps Review of Marine Outfitters, in Kingston, ONT (go to Google Maps and search for Marine Outfitters, then read reviews). At any rate, Mr. Wosztal heard out my tale of financial woe, and suggested numerous options, even though their business case means they cannot sell directly to consumers, which would have been my preferred option. He had suggestions for economical repairs of the dead fridge; how I might be able find some retailer to give me a bargain. He talked me through various diagnostics on the old unit, explained the wiring and how to make sure if I bought a new unit, how to keep it running. Very nice guy. So was his colleague Sean. Based on my very human conversations with them, I am awarding them 5 Stars. And the new fridge? So far, so good!
