I went into this location today to try and redeem a promo on the subway app. Unfortunately I was not able too but the employee Bawan was very helpful in the process. He tried his hardest to help me figure it out and was very apologetic when it wouldn’t work. This app problem had nothing to do with him but he still was as helpful as he could be. This makes you realize that apps can’t replace good customer service. I can honestly say this is among the best customer service I have had at a restaurant in years. I don’t know if this man is part of management but if he isn’t he should be. 5 stars and I haven’t even tried the food yet.

Subways can be hit or miss- but this one doesn’t disappoint! Always friendly faces, fresh ingredients, and quick. I met who seemed to be the owner today who seemed like a great guy (offered my kid a free cookie).

I come to this location at least twice a week, usually right before closing time. I've been a Subways customer for a long time, but the employees at this restaurant are extremely friendly, polite and they don't mind sharing how their day is going after they ask you how yours was. Wish I could leave these guys a tip, but this is one of those rare Subways where you are not presented with the option to tip when you pay for your food.

Edit: I went in on Saturday, January 8th 2023 at 10:00am and the lady informed me there was no bread. She said they opened at 8:00am and it wouldn’t be ready until 11:00am. No bread for 3 hours after opening is ridiculous, esp for a sandwich shop. She said it takes a long time for the bread to bake. If that’s the case, night shift should ensure there’s some for morning staff. I’ve been going to this location for 11 years. I’m a regular and go in anywhere from 1-3 times a week. Though staff members change over time, they quickly recognize I’m a frequent visitor and make effort to learn my sub. One of the staff members begins as soon as she sees me pull into the parking lot! I love their service and while there have been some hiccups at times the owner is quick to rectify them. Thanks guys!

The staff are always wonderful, friendly and helpful. We've maybe had some order mistakes using the Subway App but we're always greeted with a smile and 'oh dear I make an error, or the app isn't working today, sorry'. I would like the Corporation of Subway to figure out how to notify app users when the app isn't working. Go in and no order. :). Here they hurry to make it, sweet. All good.

Amazing customer service! I visited on September 20th at 8:15pm. The lady that was working was very friendly and made me feel welcome and appreciated. Good customer service is hard to find now a days. I hope you appreciate this employee as much as I did. She represented your location like it was her own home. I hope you appreciate her as much as I do. I will definitely be back!

Great service from Sammy. Came in with a big order and he was happy to help get everything right. Sandwiches looked and tasted great.

Good food, decent service. Best for people passing by to get a sandwich on the go, since there isn't much parking space (more of a deal around noon, later on there's usually parking space). I sometimes wish the servers would call out for a second colleague to help out more often, but I don't mind that only someone's I'll be waiting 3-5 minutes; service is usually fast otherwise (especially if you know what you like to get and anticipate their cueing-questions).

the staff are friendly, very clean , sandwiches a made very nicely and perfect the way you want them, like to go here for lunch, very handy
