I went into this location today to try and redeem a promo on the subway app. Unfortunately I was not able too but the employee Bawan was very helpful in the process. He tried his hardest to help me figure it out and was very apologetic when it wouldn’t work. This app problem had nothing to do with him but he still was as helpful as he could be. This makes you realize that apps can’t replace good customer service. I can honestly say this is among the best customer service I have had at a restaurant in years. I don’t know if this man is part of management but if he isn’t he should be. 5 stars and I haven’t even tried the food yet.
Subways can be hit or miss- but this one doesn’t disappoint! Always friendly faces, fresh ingredients, and quick. I met who seemed to be the owner today who seemed like a great guy (offered my kid a free cookie).
I come to this location at least twice a week, usually right before closing time. I've been a Subways customer for a long time, but the employees at this restaurant are extremely friendly, polite and they don't mind sharing how their day is going after they ask you how yours was.
Wish I could leave these guys a tip, but this is one of those rare Subways where you are not presented with the option to tip when you pay for your food.
