Foods and drinks are good. Their service is really good too. Recommend to go here! The price isnt expensive for pork and beef stuffs because they serve it with salad, corn, and delicious macaroni. I like to order pork spicy and cherry ice tea

Portions are large for the price and good for leftovers or sharing. I would recommend their spicy cheese cutlet or their soy sauce boneless fried chicken. They also have a variety of korean alcohol.
Ive been to several Daeji locations and I think this one is better than the Lougheed or Downtown locations for sure.

What many people might not know about Dae Ji, the pork cutlet and curry house is that they also offer really delicious fried chicken and beer. When thinking of chicken and beer places we often think of Zabu Chicken, Damso, Norboo, Ole Wings and Tapas, but Dae Ji is actually a really good option as well! Especially if you're looking for some delicious green onion fried chicken. When you gather the green onion and chicken and eat it with the sauced up rice, the bite is money. I don't know why the combination works so well together, but it just does. I'm now going through a 'green onion fried chicken' phase where I want to try this at every Korean chicken and beer restaurant I go to. If you have any suggestions of good chicken and beer places, please let me know!
After a day at Coquitlam Centre Mall, I had dinner with friends at Dae Ji, a Korean restaurant. They have other locations in downtown Vancouver, Lougheed, and Surrey. Dae Ji Cutlet House. Not surprisingly, they specialize in pork/chicken cutlets. It would’ve been hard to share between the 3 of us though so we ordered other dishes that could be shared easily.

The restaurant is a bit small so it’s very easy to miss this restaurant. We came here last Friday and by the time we left, there was a lineup already.
From outside the restaurant, you can already see the sample food display and you already have some idea what kind of food they are offering. Inside decoration is very clean and have modern feel to it. When we walked in, there was already menu on the table so we can read the menu right the way. The server gave us a bottle of water and two cups. I found this good so we can drink a lot of water. We ordered Pineapple Hamburger Steak and Spicy Cheese Pork Cutlet. I was going to order some side dishes but there was nothing to order.

Dae Ji Pork Cutlet House opened just last month near Coquitlam Centre, so it’s very convenient. The place reminds me of a cafeteria. However, you don’t need to order at the counter, since the man will come over to serve you. So it’s a bit fancier than a serve-yourself shop. J got the Pork Cutlet with Spicy Sauce . It came with two large pieces of pork cutlet and an abundance of sauce. I found the sauce a little spicy, but J thought it was fine. Each of our dishes also came with a side of salad with thousand island dressing, corn, macaroni salad, daikon, and rice. J’s dish actually had less rice than mine, since he ordered it off the pork cutle
They were cooked perfectly and had a slight tinge of pink on the inside, which made them tender and delicious. The curry sauce was also great and flavourful. It was a Japanese style curry sauce, so it had a fragrant flavour of spices in it. The rice and cabbage were fine, but just standard fillers.
