We have been going to Aster Garden for decades and anyone who we have referred to Aster Gardens ALWAYS loves it and are return customers. We are always greeted with a friendly welcome and the food is hot, fresh, very tasty and well worth the price. We always go at dinner time, so the prices are a bit higher than the buffet. Unlike many other restaurants that we have been to, this is food, not filler.
Hidden gem, really only worth going during lunch buffet hours. You get what you pay for. Starting at $4 for buffet take out and only $10 for buffet eat in.
That buffet.... When I can, I go for their lunch buffet. All you can eat Chinese for less than $12? And it's delicious. Great soup, excellent fried chicken, it's all good. And not bad for dinner, either. The place is pretty empty after lunch, but lots of takeout. Nice lady at the front.
For a quick $9.00 buffet u cant complain. It was good on my quick 1hour work lunch break. I went with a co-worker.. The buffet was small but the food was tastey and enudd to fill u up. With dessert i wasnt to happy.. I think they should have had ice cream instead of marble cake and calzone... But it is $9.00 so u cant complain much... Overall the food was good.. And it was very busy! I went on a friday maybe tht explains why. But it was GOOD! :)
Cheap. Quality chinese food at very cheap price. Loving it. Hot And Sour soup best in the city.
