Wow, an impromptu stop for lunch because our curiosity got the best of us. We were warmly greeted by our server, Alie, who gave us the run down of Crow and its concept. A beer, glass of wine and a mind-blowing food experience later, we left knowing we can't wait to come back at night for some music, more food and friends. A must do for the Collingwood food scene! Bravo.
Had the random luck of discovering this gem earlier this week and was nothing short of impressed by all aspects of my time there. Immediately from the drink menu alone you can tell that this place knows what it is doing when it comes to preparing a proper cocktail, the bar staff was highly educated, personable and interested in conversing over the way in which they operate. In the time of corporate restaurants there is great difficulty in finding an establishment that takes such pride in their creations, not to mention having the the array of bitters and homemade in there inventory to prepare such proper drinks while having such personality. Beyond the booze, their food menu provides a handful of delightful options, with locally sourced contributions to each meal using high quality ingredients at an affordable price. Highly recommended to anyone that knows anything about bar tending, food or exceptional service. Top spot.
Awesome new local find for us, was funky and young yet had a mixed crowd mostly people in their 30s and 60s. Food was excellent we had pizza, Burger, and chickpea fritters, all the food was of quality; every dish coming out of the kitchen looked wonderful and fresh including the salads. This will be a regular for us, reminds us of the city. Have been looking for a place like this since we moved up here. very happy
