I had stopped by ribfest in Cobourg this evening, and came across your stand. Pleasant talking to you! And you're shortbread cookies were to die for! Didn't know which one to purchase but had settled on the pumpkin spice� the best I've had in quite sometime!
These are the absolute best shortbreads! There is a great variety of sweet and savoury so there's something for every palate. I'm addicted to the Chipotle Cheddar and the Fresh Raspberry ones. They go great with cocktails, broken into salads, added to a sweet tray or just on their own. The assortment baskets are available in a range of prices and make great gifts. Well done Sprucewood!

I learned about this company at the Cabbagetown Crafts Fair. The salesperson was incredible…talk about being able to manage a crowd! Now that’s a skill! And the cookies were amazing. I must have tried one of each…I’m excited to try the savoury ones with soups come fall. The lemon and vanilla will be great gifts for the older people in my life as they are traditional and low sugar, too! With a shelf life of 12 months, I plan to keep these stored for gifts (hopefully…)!
Bought these cookies at Markham home for the holidays event at Markham fairground. I finished an entire box of gluten free chocolate chip cookies. My kiddo picked up the traditional and lemon zest one. After reading the reviews, I feel like I should have tried the savory ones.

I bought two boxes of classic shortbread and chocolate cookies from my local Loblaws. They are simply divine! Every ingredient plays so well to your taste buds to a grand finale of a velvety crunchy texture with just the right amount of sweetness, silky soft vanilla notes and the unmistakable burst of dark Belgian chocolate. And to bring these cookies to a higher standard, they are nut free.

I received the Dark Chocolate shortbread in a Christmas gift package (thank you boss!). The moment I ate them the only adjective I had was "little drops of heaven!"

Love these cookies, I use the savoury on a charcuterie board, great with cheese and a little pepper jelly. The sweet ones aren't overly sweet, wonderful with a cup of tea! Great as hostess gifts, savoury with a bottle of wine! Staff are very knowledgeable! Fair price for local hand made product!

Just visited the store in Coburg to buy gifts for my colleagues (they love these cookies). I was greeted within seconds of walking in. The man explained all the ingredients and he helped me with picking and packing the cookies. 24 boxes and a cute greeting card purchase later, offered to help take out the goodies to my car. The store is clean and well organized with many nice gift sets. Friendly, engaging and prompt service was well worth the travel from Markham! Thank you!
